Better than OEM
These fans are a major pain to install, but they restored my laptop to operational condition. Advise: I'm an experience technician, If you are not... YouTube is your best friend.

Worked on an Alienware Laptop
I bought these because one fan in our Alienware laptop was running slow and making noise. It was a bit harder to replace then we initially thought (that is Dell's fault with how they designed the laptop). Once we got them in, they work great.
