This is one of the very few iron supplements I have found to be easy on my stomach. The pill size is also not large so it is easy to swallow. I am anemic but it has helped and been effective raise my ferritin level. Again everyone should talk to their doctor but I would recommend to anyone with sensitive stomachs who have a hard time digesting.

I took this iron supplement once and actually felt more energized the same day. I’m usually sensitive to iron, but this one didn’t upset my stomach or cause any side effects. The capsule is easy to take and feels very clean and high quality, which is what I expect from Thorne. Of course results vary, but if you’re low in iron or just looking for a well-absorbed iron complex, this one seems to work quickly. I’ll continue using it to see the longer-term benefits, but my first impression was very positive.

This is my first Thorne product and I am so impressed with the quality. It doesn't upset my stomach, zero nausea!

Healthy and clean Ingrediants. It has B12 and Viamin C for optimal absorption. Feels thirsty so drink some more water. Helps in increase in strength.

Other iron pills would give me a racing heartbeat and restless and tingling legs. There were multiple nights I got zero sleep. However, this pill was exactly what I needed. The B vitamins and folate helped me to absorb the iron without any of those side effects.
