I have bought several cases of these and have never been disappointed. I truly love how they are able to hold great amounts of liquid and yet not leak ANY! They have just the right amount of stretch to ensure a snug fit. They only drawback I have with them is, I personally would prefer them to be about 2-3X thicker. You can wear these forever it seems and never have any discomfort. My girlfriend actually enjoys these compared to some other brands she has worn. Needless to say I feel as if these are worth every penny.

They are the best!!! My husband is fighting cancer at 40. I can put one in him in the am and not worry until supper time. He can comfortably void several times while reaming dry. There are not bulky he says and extremely comfrontable while giving him 100% security on leaking.They ride hi for night time use .He wears his underwear over them so they Dont crinckel . Get them...

Love these briefs especially the telltale line that lets you know with a glance that a change is in order. Also like the double tabs so the brief doesn’t get ripped every time you need to open them.

Grandpa has a tough time over flowing this product ...... but it IS the most expensive. I found some that were about .75 each (after much trail and error) and simply insert a few layers of paper towels in the crotch. This is alternative method to achieve extra absorbing capacity........IF you don't allow gramps marinade too long since the paper towels contact the skin.

I have used these for several years on family members and they are great for immobile patients. Brief truly does wick away the moisture and does an exceptional job for patients with any bedsores. Well worth the extra cost for better care of your loved one or patient.

These briefs do not leak. They are incredible for sleeping overnight. The only difficulty with them is getting them on the patient. I pre make the briefs and use them as pull-ups.

for my father, keeps him mostly dry. but they do over fill fairly quickly and he needs to wash frequently.
