I have had two good night's sleep so am happy. Feel much better today.
I have now taken these tablets for two nights and have had two nights good sleep. They were easy to swallow with water, I didn't sniff to see if they have any smell. I woke later than for some time, then lay dozing for some time. So far so very good.

Dreams
I really wanted these to work for me but boy did they give some vivid dreams! They were easy to swallow but I will stop taking them because of the dreams.

Worked for me
I’ve recently struggled with getting quality sleep and have tried several different sleeping aids in the past. After trying this natural remedy sleeping tablet though, I’m happy to say that I've finally found something that works for me. The ingredients are all-natural and I love that I don't have to worry about any harmful side effects. They worked great the first night.. but haven't worked at all since.

Haven’t worked for me :(
I’ve been taking two each night for just over 2 weeks now and I’m disappointed to say they haven’t made any bit of difference to my sleep. In fact, I’m waking up more during the night. Also really difficult to swallow. They Might just not work for me. I’m going to persevere and finish the bottle. I’ll amend my review, if anything changes. So disappointing :(

These are a game-changer!

They helped me sleep but …..
… they induce an incredible amount of dreaming which doesn’t give restful sleep. I’ve had to stop taking them.
