Giving this 5 stars because it has SAVED MY LIFE. Not only is the vacuum and the dock as visually appealing as possible, it also seems very sturdy and the mapping is very sensitive. The auto empty feature is great as well. There is only one issue that I have found, but it is easily fixed. If the mop pad is on, and you do vacuum only, the mop pad gets really dirty and hairy. I have started taking the mop pad off unless I am planning to use the mop feature and that solves the problem. I wouldve done this from the start but I was under the impression that the mop tray would lift if you aren't mopping. Over all, the vacuum does an excellent job, it even gets under my chairs, barstools and China cabinet. The mop feature is okay, it will do a basic clean but if you want a deeper clean or if you have a big mess you'll definitely want to break out a heavier duty mop. (Which is to be expected). I also recommend to do a vacuum only, then apply your mop pad and then do a "full clean" which will vacuum leftovers and mop at the same time. The noise level is mild- moderate. It's definitely not as loud as a traditional vacuum, but if youre watching TV while it's running, you'll probably need to turn it up a bit. I was skeptical on which brand to get, but I really am happy with this purchase and I definitely feel like the machine is a great value for the money! JUST GET THE VACUUM!

I’ve been very happy with my Roborock vacuum cleaner overall. I’ve been using it for over six months now. . It cleans and mops very well, and once it’s programmed properly, it works seamlessly. I schedule it to run every night, and when I wake up in the morning, the floors are clean, which is a huge convenience. One downside is that this particular model does mop the rugs as well, which can be a bit annoying—but that’s more related to the model itself rather than a defect. It also misses a few areas that are simply unreachable, which is understandable for a robot vacuum. Of course, if you’re willing to pay more, there are models with more advanced features, but for the price and my needs, this one works very well and does exactly what I expect it to do.

Do not buy!!!! Worked great and then my dog had an accident..it has auto detector..WELL IT DID NOT AUTO DETECT!!! I was up at 2 am cleaning the mess it made…then I had to clean the machine…I was careful not to get the water inside. I had to leave it off the charger for 24 to dry everything..machine, dust bin, mop pad, rollers and anything else it had crap on it. The machine why I placed on the charger when everything was good and dry. It worked prior because it keep tell me to insert dust bin. Since it was left off the charger for so long it drain the battery to nothing and it can’t recover. I have extra insurance..and warranty because it’s only 3 months old. They want me to pack it up and send it back. Most companies would try a battery before shipping it off. NOT THESE PEOPLE!!! I can see it getting there and never being returned or they will come up with an excuse on why they won’t fix it. DONT TRUST THEM. ITS AN OVERSEAS COMPANY

Roborock es una "asistente de limpieza " excelente, la usamos en mi hogar todos los días. Aspira y trapea es muy fácil de usar y yo o mi esposo lo podemos poner a funcionar de forma tan simple y rápida que no nos toma ni un segundo y los resultados son muy buenos, el piso de toda mi casa está siempre muy bien mantenido gracias a Roborock. Roborock is an excellent “cleaning assistant.” We use it in my home every day. It vacuums and mops, is very easy to use, and my husband and I can get it up and running so quickly and easily that it takes less than a second, and the results are very good. The floors throughout my house are always very well maintained thanks to Roborock.

I am so happy with this purchase! For the price I typically pay to have my home cleaned I can pay this in two months. I typically pay 120-130 biweekly for a cleaner to come in because of the 3k sq feet we have in our house and for me alone that is a lot of flooring to cover. I figured I would rather pay for this item to do it for me and stop paying housecleaners. There is a downside of the mopping that you can not use cleaner directly but with dogs just the cloth wiping down helps cut down on dirt a ton. The vacuum does a great job of picking up and we could tell the difference fast. I like that there is multiple levels of suctions, also for mopping you can choose the amount of water to use. The app is easy to use as well. I was super impressed by the app and it gives you real time status of what parts of floor is cleaned. I love the easy spot or zone cleaning directive on app as well. The noise level is a little loud compared to the shark robot vacuum I previously had but as long as it leaves my floors clean, I don't mind. The battery does take a bit to charge and then according to what suction you use the battery is used a little faster. Overnight it charges fine but if I use the turbo suction I notice battery dies faster.

It has good suction capability, even suctiond a sock into the canister but very loud. It grabs every electrical cord, shoestring so you can't have anything lose on the floor. If you have pets like mine (Labrador and Husky) the self-emptying can't handle the pet hair and you have to empty it manually. The mapping function is not a strong function. Decent vacuum with some limitations. Maybe if you don't have pets it would work better.

Such a time saver! Does an amazing job as long as we don’t leave a blanket on the floor. It was even super easy to clean dog poop out of it (long story). It low enough to clean under our adjustable bed as long as it’s flat. We set it to vacuum in the day but if we are home is fairly quiet. Hands down the best purchase of the year.

O próximo irei comprar com uma base que recarrega a água. Mas limpa muito bem atendeu minhas expectativas.

Lo compre en febrero del 2024. Empezó todo bien , no tenía mascotas. En septiembre adopte dos gatos y se empezo a trabar el auto limpiado, se atoraba de pelo de los gatos. Igual el sensor del desnivel, ya ahora a la fecha septiembre 2025 a cada rato se activa sin que haya desnivel. La verdad no volveria a comprar otro de esta marca, esperaba que durara mas. La función de trapear esta equis, no quita manchas

Con menos de un año de uso dejo de funcionar, mi robot esta en perfectas condiciones y segui todas las indicaciones de mantenimiento adecuado, un día simplemente ya no prendio ni volvio a cargarse, mande correo a roborock technology la unica solucion que me ofrecieron fue que yo buscara por mi cuenta alguien que pudiera arreglarlo ya que ellos no cuentan con taller de servicio o ningun tipo de garantía.

La manguera del depósito de agua se cayó y no hay manera de repararla y la atención por parte del vendedor es pésima. No lo compren
