After wrestling with a different brand poorly designed which was useless, i took a chance on this one. Major step up in quality, smooth operation with base and ball/socket fitting tightens very securely. Solid metal construction supports my heaviest DSLR's.

Got this to add to a Bog hunting tripod. Works like a charm for a fraction of the cost. The adjustment capability is fantastic and it’s super easy to use. The smoothness, compactness, and durability are all very good.

Excellent value. Works with my gun vise and my camera. Holds a Nikon 750 DSLR and 70-200 mm lens solidly as well as my .308 rifle.

I use this to convert a bog pod from the death grip to a Swiss article it worked well and has been serving very well

I purchased the ball head for a tripod conversion but, not for a camera. I’m using it for a night hunting on a bog death grip tripod. It holds my night ar with all the accessories. I made a bushing to mount it after removing the clamp apparatus. Works great for a fraction of the cost of ball heads advertised for hunting.
