Excellent phone at a reasonable price
This is probably the second or third time I have ordered a phone from Amazon and I have had perfect success to this point. I bought a couple of iPhones previously for my kids too. Anyway, shipping and delivery was outstanding, and I paid $500 for it which is reasonable for this phone. I like the fact that Motorola has two models of flip phones, so I had a choice to get the less premium option to keep the cost in check. Now for the phone.. I came from the Motorola edge plus 2023, which is a premium flagship to this phone. I can slightly detect some differences in processing but it's negligible. For $500 this phone is a big win for me. I much prefer the ergonomics of this phone over my old full size models over the past ten years or more, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I always got full screen models too, so being able to have a 6.7" screen that folds in half before disappearing into the pocket is pure magic. The only thing that may be a drawback is battery life. It's obviously not as long as my edge plus, but I adapted to it in a day or two, and it's really not that significant of a difference TBH. If I lost this phone right now I'd buy another one just like it. For sure. And I have rarely ever felt like that about others I've had. This is a good phone, but it glitches at times with odd stuff, like screen size on YouTube and weird stuff like that it apparently has trouble identifying or something. But I haven't had anything that even needed to reset it or something like that. Just know it is one of the acceptable issues. Heck, my edge plus had them too... Just random stuff like that every once in awhile. I think that covers the positives and negatives. I did have a chance to compare it to the premium Motorola razr and the Samsung flip phones, and I settled on the Motorola's easily. The Samsung, while cool and pretty smooth, don't seem as solid and attractive as the Razr's. I opted for the lower tier phone because I didn't think I would benefit from the big outside screen, as I thought I would just open it up anyway, and I was correct. I actually do use the outer screen on this phone though. Usually the timer and the time display. Too early to say for sure, but this seems like the best phone I've had since the LG V10 I had around 10 years ago, when they had a replacement battery option and I got a 10000 mah external battery case from Zero lemon. That was the shizznipplzes I tell you!! Seems like a novel phone in my eyes and has changed my phone handling ways for the better.

GREAT PHONE, VERSATILE, GREAT VALUE
I am not a phone geek. Use my phone primarily for staying in touch on line, social media and phone calls. Not a content creator, photographer or heavy user, though the phone is on sometimes 15 hours a day. Great battery, easy to use, dependable, never had an issue (going on one year of ownership). Great value. Love how simple it is to sue - and love how light it is. Folded in half, it goes just about anywhere. All in all, this is a winner.

broke after 9 months
9 months in and I have a black line across the middle where it folds. I am really careful with my phones and usually phones last me a couple of years. Now I can't use it at all and I have no idea how to get support. I don't suppose there is a warranty since I didn't purchase one to go with the phone. This is the most money I have spent on a phone and now I have to get a new one. No, I don't think this was a good value for the money. The battery life was not good, however it did charge fast. I used this with the Verizon network and it seemed to work just fine. I am so frustrated and won't purchase another razr this time around, which is too bad because I liked how small it got.

Durable and reliable
Bought this phone over a year ago and still working perfectly. It's really sturdy I had dropped more times than I would like and it hasn't damaged.

Great phone with a few tiny issues
This is my first smart flip phone and I really have enjoyed it so far. Screen looks great, it fits well in my pocket. Took some getting used to but the software is very easy to learn and pick up (I'm coming from Samsung so.. not very different). Battery life is great. I hate phones where the power saving mode has to be on 24/7 or else the battery dies in 5 hours. This is not the case with this phone. Just be kind to your battery and it'll last you a while. External display isn't very customizable which is actually very sad to me. It would be really neat to have a custom clock because the base ones either suck or are boring. I wish you could respond to texts using the external display using voice to text, I think this would be neat so you don't have to flip open the whole phone but it's not a big hassle to open the phone up. I feel like the screen is just big enough to see everything you need to see but small enough that you're not sucked into your phone every time you wanna check the weather or read a text. You can do basically everything settings wise from the external display: wifi, Bluetooth, flashlight, volume, and the list goes on, all without even opening your phone. Camera is meh at best. Not terrible, though. It uses a lot (and I mean a lot) of after effects to fancy up the photo to make up for the lackluster camera. Which is fine but sometimes you can 100% tell it's edited like crazy and it just looks off putting, like it's overcompensating for the bad camera by saturating the photo a lot. Just a pet peeve for me. I've had a few little issues like the external display will glitch sometimes, but everything is solved by turning everything off then on again. Overall, I thought I was going to get a gimmick phone that was really just a baseline android wrapped in a pretty package but this thing really keeps up and is fast. TLDR: 8/10 over all great phone, some pet peeve stuff and some random glitches but I would recommend it! Give it a shot. Edit: the screen protector on this device is awful. Gets scratched up so easily and it's expensive to replace it. You have to be extra careful with this device.
