The first light arrived with a broken glass defuser panel but Amazon quickly rectified the problem and I received a replacement the very next day. Excellent customer service. The light itself is manufactured from good quality materials and looks amazing. The height can easily be adjusted by pressing in the lugs and pulling through the stainless steel cable to the desired length. In terms of brightness, the 4 LED lamps give off a bright warm light that is more than sufficient. The LED bulbs are soldered to the track and require the use of a soldering iron to change the LED bulbs if required.Highly recommended.

This light was relatively east to install, looks good and gives a surprisingly bright light considering its watt rating. There is one small point, in that the ceiling mount part of the unit is narrow and did not cover the entire exposed area of the hole left over from the original light fixing.

Was looking for a replacement for an existing light so I ordered this. It looks absolutely stunning and gives off a good amount of light. I am uncertain if it would be suitable as the only light in a room. Ours is fitted over our kitchen island and is in addition to other lighting.The electrician who installed it for us was impressed with the ease of fitting and the quality of the components. The height of the light is fully and easily adjustable, you could alter it every day if you wanted to. Recommended to anyone who wants a lovely pendant light.

Arrived in time and good quality product. Its has now been fitted in my kitchen above the breakfast bar and WOW.... It looks great. I would recommend this product.
