These tea bags are currently at a great price at only 0.06c a bag/$16.33 per 240 box. I ordered 2 boxes of 240 tea bags and they both arrived intact with the boxes sealed/wrapped in cellophane. They have a nice long expiry date of September 2027 although I know I will consume these well before that date. I have drunk plain black tea all my life and I have to say hands down this is the best tea for taste and quality. I used to drink another brand until they changed the amount of tea leaves they had in each tea bag which affected the taste. Yorkshire tea still have the same amount of tea leaves in their tea bags so that it makes a nice strong smooth cuppa. I drink my tea the traditional British way hot with a dash of milk. It is worth knowing that drinking it this way does have a fair bit of caffeine in it. I highly recommend this brand for a lovely strong tasty cup of tea.

The absolute best tea available. I had this tea first in England and I was blown away. The smell is so fresh and the taste is unlike any other tea I’ve had. I drink it hot, never had it cold. There are 160 bags in the box. Should last a few months, right? Nope. It’s so good I have a couple cups a day. Ok. Maybe three a day. Everyone I’ve introduced this tea to buys nothing else now.

Probably the best and most Economical English teabags

Bottom Line: Not as good as Gold in my opinion, but a great value for the price if you like English breakfast teas or medium-full body teas. This can easily become a daily tea for anyone's morning. Tastes earthy, full and savory, brews strong and dark, wonderful pick-me-up. I have a problem, I've been drinking Yorkshire teas for almost 10 years now and I can't stop. I started on Lipton and Twinings and now I find myself stuck here. The price per bag for this tends to sit around Lipton's price and below Twinings. With that in mind, I'd go for this one every time, Lipton tends to be land and not even have a distinct aroma, while Yorkshire has been a staple in my breakfasts for nearly a decade now. For a few cents more per bag I'd probably go back to Yorkshire Gold again, but for now I don't have any qualms about getting through the rest of this box. Gold tends to have a few flavor undertones or me that almost become floral and can be complemented well with very minimal amounts of honey [or scotch], this blend is a bit more basic but will pair easily with any additions while still standing on its own.

This review is from the perspective of somebody that isn't a tea connoisseur, nor have I had extensive exposure to teas. I'm not even British. All I know is that when I visited London, it changed my perspective on having a cup of tea, and I really enjoyed the hearty taste of the tea I drank over there. I decided to try to find the closest thing to what I drank over there, and I think this was the closest, if not the same. I got both the Red and the Gold teas, and I found that I tend to prefer the Red most of the time. The gold was a little maltier, almost like Twinings Irish Breakfast tea. I found that the Red is a tiny bit drier in flavor, and goes really well with milk and sugar. The Gold is also good, but just has a slightly different flavor profile. I feel like I would prefer to drink Gold in the evenings for some reason. I think it's important to note that these teabags are bigger and contain more tea than Twining's teabags. I generally drink my tea and coffee out of an old 6oz diner cup, and while the English Breakfast bags steep perfectly at 5 mins in 6oz of water, these bags tend to be a bit too powerful for a cup that small. I usually have to prepare the tea in my kettle, or use a larger mug. If you use normal-sized mugs, you'll find that this tea is much stronger and more flavorful than the standard black teas you buy at the store in the US. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this tea. It's a lot bolder and drier than most of the tea you're probably used to, but it's pretty smooth and doesn't have an aftertaste like a lot of the bagged teas you buy (looking at you, Lipton). If you want something less bold, I would suggest going with Twining's Everyday or English Breakfast, both of which I think are great teas, just not as bold as the Taylor's bags.

Nothing wrong with the Tea. Packing was poor, a number of the bags were damaged with tea everywhere.

This black tea is will worth the money smooth and has a great taste that also makes a great ice tea and no micro plastics definitely buy again , one thing I have noticed is Steep for 2 minutes and any longer it starts to get bitter

The tea is super strong and best one so far I had for milk tea or to prepare base for iced tea in the summer. And the box lasts forever! Highly recommend!

I Love my tea in the morning nice and strong. Yorkshire Tea fits the bill perfectly. It is delicious made strong.
