Krups KP 1009 Nescafé Dolce Gusto Piccolo Titanium

I know this product is excellent because I already have one and this one was bought as a gift. The five stars are for the product. I was not happy that the complimentary box of pods pictured on the box were not in fact in the box. I emailed the company and the reply I received was that the pods could not be included. As it is a sealed box I don't understand why they weren't there. The free gift gives the recipient the chance to try out the coffee maker as soon as they receive it. I would buy the coffee maker again but not from Avides.

i recieved this item today and i couldnt wait to get started as i have heard how good the coffee tastes with this machine! to my dissmay i discovered that it didnt come with a british standard plug! i had to go out and buy one! also it isnt auto sht off at all like it discribes in the product information! i had to manually shut it off! its a good job that i meaured the amount of water that i put into the machine or it would have spilled out all over the place! it had no instructions in the box with it so i just had to use my own initiative! which isnt too bad when it comes to gadgets!! at last!! everything in place! i used it and i must say apart from the hiccups at the start it is a very good indeed! the coffee that came with it is very strong but i bought some from amazon and they are very nice! i had the cappaccino!i cant wait to try somemore varieties of coffee! after all that im very happy that i desided to buy this item!!

Was not happy it came with continental plug. This was not stated on advert. For £5 more I could have got a British connection.

La gran ventaja de estas cafeteras es la gran variedad de productos, y no de cafés, que puedes encontrar en cualquier supermercado para ella: café, cortado, café con leche, capuccino, nesquik, te frio y té caliente, frappé... etc... En fin, que no la cambio por la Nespresso tan de moda.

Pas déçue pour un sous de mon achat. Très bonne machine. J'avais une Nespresso avant, et comme George Clonney n'est jamais venu me faire la livraison à domicile LOL, j'ai trouvé beaucoup plus pratique une machine qui fasse du café, mais aussi des chocolats bien mousseux, et d'autres variété qui conviennent à toutes la famille (enfant, adultes). Le coloris est très beau. Petit hic, ce modèle est le plus petit de chez Dolce Gusto, donc on fait deux chocolat, et on doit remplir de nouveau le réservoir, après il y a des dolce gusto avec des contenances plus grandes. Mais je suis satisfaite de mon produit !

Wir haben schon länger eine ("große") Dolce Gusto Maschine im Büro, und ich genieße daraus mindestens 1x am Tag einen leckeren Cappuccino. Ich hatte schon seit geraumer Zeit mit einer Maschine für zu Hause geliebäugelt, und als jetzt meine gute alte Senseo-Maschine das Zeitliche gesegnet hat, war das *die* Gelegenheit. Da ich der einzige Kaffeetrinker zu Hause bin, und wir auch nicht endlos viel Platz in der Küche haben, habe ich mich für das Piccolo Modell entschieden. Die Produktverpackung: Das Gerät wird in einer Art ovalen Papptonne mit festem (Papp-)Deckel und Boden geliefert, die man seitlich aufreißen muss um die Maschine rauszubekommen. Die Verpackung ist vmtl. sehr umweltfreundlich, aber leider auch eine Einweg-Verpackung, die man später nicht nochmal verwenden kann um z.B. das Gerät zurückzusenden. Das Gerät: Die Maschine selber sieht wirklich sehr elegant aus; sie erinnert irgendwie an einen Pinguin. Anfangs musste ich mich an den Wassertank und dessen Einfüllöffnung (auf der innenseite oben) gewöhnen; man braucht ein, zwei Versuche bis man herausgefunden hat wie man den Tank am besten hält ohne dass zu viel Wasser danebengeht. Die Maschine ist wahnsinnig schnell betriebsbereit; da steckt eine super Technik dahinter. Die Lautstärke im Betrieb ist in Ordnung, meine Senseo war glaube ich lauter. Etwas stören tut mich, dass die Tasse auf der Ablage "tanzt", so wie andere Rezensenten das schon beschrieben haben. Ich traue mich daher nicht, den Kaffee zu starten und mal schnell die Butter zurück in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. Aber da man sowieso immer schauen muss, dass man das Wasser rechtzeitig abstellt, finde ich das nicht so schlimm. Die Kapseln: Dass die Kapseln halt relativ teuer sind, wusste ich ja vorher. Aber der Geschmack rechtfertigt das einfach. Und wenn man mal schaut, was für eine "Technik" in der Kapsel selbst steckt, dann kann man das schon verstehen. Zum Glück gibt es bei uns in der Gegend einen Verbrauchermarkt und einen Elektronikmarkt, in dem es die Packungen noch für 3,99 gibt. Im Dolce Gusto Online-Shop kosten sie -noch- 4,49 aber zum Monatsende wird es teurer. Fazit: Schickes Design, leckerer Kaffee. Ich will den kleinen Pinguin nicht mehr missen!

La macchina è robusta e veramente poco ingombrante, è facile da usare e pulire, pero il fatto che il dosaggio non sia automatico costituisce un inconveniente, bisogna sempre restare nei pressi della macchina per interrompere l’erogazione al momento giusto altrimenti ci si ritrova con la tazza piena d’acqua. La gamma delle capsule è molto ampia pero il prezzo di una singola capsula è piuttosto alto rispetto ad altri produttori.
