This is a great product. I do not take it daily, it is very effective e.nhancement. My nails no longer break and tear. Love this result. I had been holding a horseca halter under his jaw and he snapped his head briefly and broke my finger at the joint. It healed but l have had ongoing joint pain ever since. Well l noticed that the boron has removed the joint pain! Yippee? Also other minor achey join pain. Remember l do not even take it every day. I recommend this fore people with similar issues. Find how much works for you, you will be a happier person.

Thought this was a good product but kept feeling strange when consuming Re checked the ingredients and it’s got a Lot of Fillers And Maltodextrin which is a very very Bad Ingredient. WHY would a supplement company use this in a health supplement??? TO Cheat the consumer and Make Lots of Money on Bad Ingredients Do Not Recommend
