Perfect fit for IUSB connections car for new apple connection
If you have old apple charger plug base this will allow you to used the new apple 15 cord without buying a new plug and it works on the usb plug in your car allowing you to charge and use your phone with the apps in your car (my maps, music etc needed to be plugged in a USB connection to work with my 4 year old Subaru) this works

This is the one cord that made my new hub usable.

Works great
This device is perfect for connecting to older devices that only have USB type A connections. Having the 1ft of flexible cabling is a little unnecessary as every time I have used this adapter has been to plug in a USB-C cable into it and then into the device, so there is no strain on the USB A connection. It is still quite compact and easy to include in your work bag for the odd but crucial time it is needed. Not the best value for money though as there are multi-packs of these adapters that cost less per unit.

Adapt and Overcome [FIVE STARS]
What do you get when you cross mind-blowing state-of-the-art technology with the dumbest design decisions that any human being can possibly make? Answer: The modern smart phone. Can you imagine buying an automobile, only to discover that the wheels (which wear out) are permanently attached to the car, the hood (under which the battery resides) is welded shut, and the manufacturer has glued on the gas cap? Yet this, in essence, is precisely what cell phone makers want you to believe is a “feature.’Then, there is the industry’s psychotic preoccupation with cell phone anorexia--making their phones skinnier and skinnier even if it renders them useless. Think about it: Designers have measured “progress” by taking a frightfully expensive electronic device that was already fragile to begin with, they put a glass face on it, polished the exterior so that it too slippery to be held with dry hands (let alone wet ones), and made the case so thin that no one with normally proportioned hands can possibly avoid dropping the phone at least once. (That of course presumes you don’t keep your phone in your back pocket, where you stand an equally good chance of sitting down and breaking the phone in half.)When the back panel of my cell phone recently blew out (owing to the failure of a stupid glued-in lithium battery) my insurance replaced it with a new Galaxy A54. Overall, a nice phone, but now I face having to adapt to a whole new eco-system, including cabling. The old phone connected with micro USB cables, the new is USB C. While my newer desktop computer features a native USB C port that I can use to connect to my phone, most of my other hardware offers only USB A ports. I needed a converter cable, and this is where the VCZHS store’s “USB C Female to USB Male Adapter Cable 1ft” cable has helped. The seller advertises this as compatible with “...MacBook Pro Air iPad Pro Samsung Galaxy and More.” I plugged the adapter into my USB hub (type A connector) and then plugged my new phone’s “C” cable into the other end of the adapter. The adapter was not only successful in charging the phone, it also allowed for data transfer—I was able to mount the phone to a Linux machine to copy some photographs off the phone. Personally, I’d have preferred if the the cable was somewhat longer, but in any event it works as advertised.

Works for power and data, but not for HDMI screen adapting
This cable works fine for data and power needs, but when I tried to use it with several different USB-C to HDMI adapters, I was never able to get any of the images I wanted on the screen. One of the wireless adapters I tried even had a connect signal verification screen which indicated the two halves of the wireless adapter were talking to each other. But the screen just said "No signal, waiting..." (indicating the video image wasn't traveling through the cord). This particular laptop had both USB-C and USB-A connections and when I plugged it directly into the USB-C port, it connected and showed the image.

Fulfills its Designed Purpose
REVIEW: USB C Female to USB Male Adapter Cable 1ft, USB Male to USBC-C Female Adapter Type C to USB A Charger Converter Compatible with MacBook Pro Air iPad Pro Samsung Galaxy and MoreThere is not much to say about this small USB-C Female to USB Male adapter. It is a foot long. This 3.1 Gen 2 cable transfers data at an extremely fast rate of 10Gbps. This is twice as fast as the older generation 3.0 cables. Actually, until now, I have not owned or heard of this generation of transfer cables.I have already used it to transfer thousands of videos and photos from my phone to my computer. It transferred at a speed I have never seen. I love this little cable!
