The keys work as they shouldI used immediately and had no problems with them.

Worked perfectly. Family member had locked a suitcase and forgot the code. The reset just wouldn’t work as we think the suitcase was just defective.These were easy to use to open our suitcase and retrieve what we needed inside and we will definitely keep in case of emergencies

I have an uncle that passed away in March. He had purchased a really nice luggage set that was brand new but unfortunately had a combo lock that we could not get into it. I decided to order the TSA master keys. This set came with two keys. The larger one did not fit but the smaller one worked like a charm! So thankful we are able to enjoy this brand new luggage set without breaking the lock off or paying a locksmith. Definitely easy to use!

Worked well for re-locking a TSA lock that an airport agent had unlocked.Only wish that they had labels on the keys - it requires trial and error to determine if it is 002 or 007.

Oh my goodness! This is a lifesaver. My favorite luggage has been locked, and my code isn't accepted. I decided to try this key to see if it RALLY worked . . .IT DID! I am thrilled and can now use my favorite piece of luggage again.

We recently forgot the combination to a very expensive luggage set and were devastated thinking we had to throw them away until a co-worker mentioned that they sell the keys TSA use to open the luggage. We immediately bought them and the rest is history. They simply work as intended. If this happened to you, know that there is a solution and an affordable one.

Deserves 0 stars! Received lock this morning & thankfully tested it before our trip. Key opened lock but is now stuck in the lock. A few people have tried to remove it but it won’t budge. Waste of a good luggage lock!
