Durability isn’t what was expected! Five blades went out at once. Only half left.

I cut the vegetables (i.e.: carrots) about 21/2 inches long. If the vegetables are too long they will break and get stuck in the blades. If you do so, it works wonders. Be very careful when washing the blades. They are sharp. I can cut a very large bowl of vegetables with 5-10 minutes at the most.

But not that good with batat, too hard
