my wie uses this and finds it helps prevent aspiration when drinking,it has no taste to bother her using it with juices or other drinks as a mix.The price is comparable with local pharmacies' except CVS often gives coupons for dollars of on anything so it helps offset the cost

Our mom drinks it much better & more often than having to use the powder. She also likes adding lemo s, limes or orange slices for variety.

Honestly, don’t buy this to experience it. It’s basically like having spit in your mouth. I don’t like it whatsoever, but it serves it’s function well which is to help elderly people swallow liquids. It also came quickly, opened easily, and has an easy to grab bottle. Very nice product for what it’s supposed to be.
