First impressions, very cool. I bought this with the idea of returning it. However I won't be doing that. Will report back with more details.

I love this light, I like it better than the ring light I had.It is bright and diffuse, yet not as flat as a ring light, this adds some shadow, just enough so it doesnt have the flat look of a ring light.One of the best features is that its rectangular, more LEDs then other lights like this and it rotates from vertical to horizontal. Being a slightly bigger rectangle and that it rotates horizontally means that it will light more area than other lights.This light easily lasts the 2.5 hours advertised, longer if you use a lower light setting. It charges quickly, mind you I seldom run out and so I plug it in a night so its hard for me to give a good estimate of how long it takes to charge from zero. Also if you are a heavy user you could plug a battery charger directly into this light.I also like the colour temp setting, I shoot mostly people (everyone does) so the warm light is always more flattering.I also use this for zoom calls, it makes an excellent and flattering fill light.It comes with colour gels which I dont use much, only for a special effects, they can grow old fast. I use the colour temp change more.It comes with 3 clips so it will attach to any device.

The fill light consists of 42 white lamp beads and 42 warm-color lamp beads, and provides a range of color temperature spanning 3000K-10000K.The unit clamps to your smartphone and has an adjustable pivot that allows the light to direct sufficient lighting for any situation where the user is within a few feet of the light source. I did have to experiment a bit on my iPhone 13 to ensure that the light clamp did not interfere with the camera lens, but once I found the sweet spot I was golden!I love how you can adjust a variety of lighting casts using several default onboard settings, or by sliding one of 4 colored filters into the light case allowing for special effects lighting.The main controls for the light are located on the side of the case, with switches for: Brightness Adjustment, Color Temperature Adjustment, On/Off button and also provision for USB Charging port. These controls are quite slim, and initially a bit difficult to locate while using the light, and I felt the want for a subtle backlight feature to help ease locating the right button, but I’m sure that with continued use this would become intuitive.The product package also included a 1/4 screw hole converter and a cold shoe adapter allowing the light to also be fixed on a camera or a light stand, making this a versatile lighting system for relatively close-up work.I love how this fill light offers a reasonably priced solution to further enhancing the experience of selfies and video conferencing, and would highly recommend it!
