I had been bothered by my washing machine smelling musty and as I was concerned on a hygiene level I decided to give this reasonably priced product a try. I was actually amazed by the immediate change after use as the machine lost the unpleasant odour and I felt my clothes were fresher and germ free. The smell disappeared immediately and has not returned after several weeks of use. I would not use the product on a regular basis as I expect it contains strong chemicals but must say as a necessary treatment I give it 5 stars. This treatment was a better alternative to a new machine - which was an option which had crossed my mind. Therefore I am very happy with the result.

Cleaned my washing machine perfectly after using a black nylon dye! Just empty the packet into soap powder drawer, select a 40/60° leaves the washing machine spotless👍

Got rid of some of the smell from our musty rental washer, I guess there's only so much it can do! Not sure if it entirely descaled on the pipes though.

It had removed the odour, but I wouldn't say it was a fresh odour scent. I normally use Dettol and it leaves the washing machine snmelling lovely afterwards. I wanted a deeper clean but honestly not sure if it did the job. Also a fair amount of the powder remained in the drawer. I wouldn't use it again.

Did not clean the washing machine well at all. Pricey! In one word ... DISAPPOINTING!
