Begins Xtra Light, excellent for home and especially travel
I ordered this set, because this set has an EXTRA LIGHT to start you off. I previously ordered the TRIBE set of 3 thicker bands, as recc by teacher of my class, but to my surprise, the lightest of the thicker bands begins at 15 lbs resistance for some moves I do in my workout was too heavy. I couldn't budge with it. This is why I ordered this set. I hope to work up to using the heavier bands in this set and begin using the thicker set. An excellent tool for home and esp travel.

Quality choice!
Excellent quality. The material is strong and doesn’t roll like the rubber bands. These are very effective for my workouts. I bought the bands in the purple colors and the colors are very nice.

Work great.
Just like the ones at the PT clinic. The rainbow colors are probably easier for most people to keep in order, but these are just as good, and came a lot quicker. While the colors aren't very different, each is labeled with the strength. Don't pull my leg hair while wearing shorts like the rubber bands do.

Great Resistance Bands
I have been trying to figure out for months on the type of resistance bands to get and I am glad that I waited to get these. The resistance bands are set from extra light to extra heavy. I use heavy and I have to say that my thighs burn after working out. They're really good to use if you don't go to the gym. I noticed that my thighs have toned a bit after using them for a few months.

fABRIC BANDS DON'T SLIP!
I have used plastic bands in the past experience less than satisfying use. They slip. These Tribe bands stay put. They are comfortable on my pants or skin. The quality is excellent. Give them a try. I think they are reasonably priced and you get 5 sizes of resistance.

Decent, but…
The seam isn’t smooth. I try to keep them positioned so that it isn’t touching me, but when it rotates over me as I move it feels rough on my skin. Everything else about them is fine.
