It brought me a little itchiness here and there on my face for a while then gone every time I apply it.  I wonder why?

Are you using this cream to treat facial eczema? Or using it as a moisturizer for dry skin? LEMYKA calming cream is designed to calm down eczema flare up, itchy rashes and inflammation. If the little itchiness is manageable and the cream helps to calm down your eczema, then you may continue to use it. If you have very sensitive skin, please read the ingredient list on the carton and check for possible allergen. In some cases we can do customized products. Please reach us for more discussion. Can I use the calming and healing cream everyday to prevent hives?

These creams help to relieve itching, redness, and irritation from hives, and you can use them daily. If you have hives, it is important to find the triggers. It is often related to foods such as peanuts, eggs, dairy products, nuts and shellfish, certain medications, such as antibiotics, aspirin, cold, heat, latex gloves, sun exposure, etc. Once you identify the cause, make sure to avoid such triggers. In combination with our creams will help you manage hives effectively.

Is it normal for the cream to be brown in color?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is perfectly normal! In fact, most plant extracts have different colors, from pink, yellow, green, light brown to chocolate dark brown, and it affects the color of the cream, if there is sufficient amount of the extract. LEMYKA eczema therapy calming cream has high levels of plant concentrate, hence the light brown color.  If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
