I was looking for a better knife as we have been cooking alot of brisket lately. I have been impressed with the durability and sharpness of the blades. The boning knife has been through the ringer and for me has the right amount of flex. So far I have only needed to hone the blade to keep its sharpness. I will probably put it on the stone after a few more months to get back to factory sharpness. The slicer is so much easier to use than a chefs knife.

If you are looking for the perfect gift for anyone who loves to bbq this is it. I always struggle to find my husband the perfect birthday or Christmas gift. This was perfect and he loved it. They work so well! Let’s just say he will be getting a new set every birthday and Christmas until I run out of options. They cut really nicely and are well made. I wish they came with a nice case to put them in.

Sharp and solid. I already cut myself twice once testing the edge I know, why did I use my finger because I'm a man. Then cleaning after cutting up nice brisket.

We hand wash ours to maintain the blade's sharpness, Looks great, good size and heft, the blades are just the right amount of thickness to give confidence trimming and cutting.
