At first I had a slight issue upon setting up this label printer, but one quick message with their support team and I was up and running! And once everything was setup, the amount of features this thing has is truly impressive. The other huge plus is actually the software they include with this as well, as it has a beautifully simple UI with a TON of power user features for making any number of labels- from quick one-offs to a full CSV import run of hundreds of custom, data-heavy labels. Not to mention the label versatility: You have full control over the label sizes that you feed it, AND you can pass them through from outside the rear of the printer. So the options are truly limitless. Highly recommend this beast if you run a small business!

I typically don't leave reviews, unless the product is bad. I love this printer. The print quality is amazing. Here's the reasons for 4 stars, and they are not a deal breaker for me personally. 1. The printer huge. With a printer this size I would have hopes it would accommodate the large 3-inch core labels (free from UPS). It does not. You cannot even put the folded stack inside - not enough space. 2. Thermal transfer ribbon - I wish it was more compatible with generic rolls that are cheap and more environmentally friendly; you have to buy a brand cartridge. It is not reusable, although I am thinking how to overcome this. 3. I was not able to install printer on one of my PCs that I use as a print server. My fault, didn't follow directions the first time. Deleting and reinstalling printer does not help. I was able to set it up through Ethernet though, and works like a charm. I will look more into it or contact support when I have time. Some other models are a bit more forgiving if you don't install software/printer in the right order. 4. It does not have the metal cutter that is typical for label printers. Not huge.deal.if your labels are perforated (although they don't always tear off straight), but some of the are not. Other than that solid equipment that I hope will last.

Installing the driver at t310.itcartridge.com automatically downloaded Norton And Mcafee programs and insists on activating subscriptions linked to geesx.co.in Chrome refused to load the website, but Edge did it right away. The only way to get rid of them is a System Restore. A shame because the printer seems to be good otherwise. They offer cheap printers to get into your computer!!

I did quite long research before purchasing the printer. It is very fast and prints good quality. Very easy to set up. The instructions however do not provide the information how to design the label. You need to go to labelife website and download the label design app which is a great app. Love the machine. Just had the printer one day.

The Phomemo T310-BT thermal printer is a must have for small businesses shipping on a regular basis. The printer allows for both direct thermal as well as thermal transfer printing which is somewhat unique at this price point. Most printers at this price are going to only offer the direct thermal options which means that you can only print on special thermal media. I have a small business and ship out packages at a rate of a few per week but even at that low a number, being able to print shipping labels is a huge time saver. Having tried a few different lower priced thermal printers, I prefer this with its higher resolution. The labels are very clear and easy to read where some of the lower resolution prints had me concerned about the readability of the machine readable codes. This printer offers most of the possible connection methods with it supporting, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB, and Serial connection. My connection to the printer was via the Ethernet port which was easy to setup and works perfectly. The only negative I found with this printer is the lack of a cutter for the media. Without a cutter, you are limited to using media which is perforated. I did not remove any stars from my rating as it seemed clear to me that this type of media would be a requirement based on the listing. Also, the perforated media is not more expensive or difficult to obtain, rather it is just something to consider when selecting the correct media. I am pleased to see that the thermal transfer film is readily available on Amazon as well and is reasonably priced. Loading of the thermal transfer film is easy although the listing seems to suggest that others require some sort of specialized skills to change which I have never found to be the case.

This printer can print in two modes - direct to thermal paper (the paper is sensitive to heat) and thermal transfer (normal paper is printed on by a thermal ribbon). Both produce clear results, but I normally just use thermal paper as I use a lot of barcode printers that use thermal paper as well. I myself don't c are for Bluetooth as it can be unreliable, so I use a USB printer cable instead which works quite well. Printing is fast and reliable, and I love that I do not have to install a roll of thermal paper inside of the printer - you can just get the leaf type of paper that sits in back of the printer, and it will get fed in as-needed. This thing just works - can complain about it at all.

The printer has a little bit of weight to it. But it's not too heavy you can't carry it. I love the compact size. Setup was easy. The print quality was great. And I love the fact that you never need ink again. It's great to print any barcodes, or labels that you'll ever need.
