Good and rich flavor, though sharp and somewhat acidic.

This coffee has a refined, mild, and balanced taste, without bitterness, with chocolate and fruity notes, and a smooth, velvety texture.

I bought the ground by mistake instead of the whole bean. But. I was able to regrind it carefully down to a fine espresso level with my burr grinder. This is a much lighter roast than I'm used to, but I absolutely love it. I could smell the coffee right through the bag which is probably not a good sign. You will want to place the bag in some sort of sealed container to retain its freshness. Mine came pretty darn fresh, despite having no vacuum at all to the bag. I always recommend getting an adjustable BURR grinder and whole bean coffee for the ultimate coffee/espresso experience.
