The most comfortable and ergonomic chair I've ever used!
The Haworth Fern Chair is easily the most comfortable and ergonomic chair I have ever sat in. From the moment I started using it, the difference was unmistakable. The seat has just the right balance of cushioning and support, and the flexible backrest adapts naturally to my posture throughout the day. Whether I’m leaning forward to focus or reclining slightly during long calls, the chair adjusts effortlessly without any pressure points. What truly sets the Fern apart is its exceptional ergonomic design. The lumbar support feels perfectly aligned, the armrests adjust smoothly, and the overall build quality is outstanding. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in back strain and fatigue, even on days when I’m sitting for several hours. If comfort, support, and long-term ergonomics matter to you, the Haworth Fern Chair is absolutely worth it. It has transformed my workspace and genuinely stands out as the best chair I’ve ever used.

Great chair and support
Been using this chair for over a month now and it has been the most comfortable chair I've sat on. I am 5'10'' and it is perfect for me. I sit on this chair for 12-14 hours a day for work, gaming, and lounging. It comes fully built so all you need to do is roll it out of the box. The cushion is extremely firm at first and will need to have a month to fully break it in. The arms do have a slight wobble to them but can be fixed by putting painters tape on the shaft of the arms to act like a shim. There were concerns about back breathability with the digital knit, but I can confirm that it is still comfortable to use in the unpredictable northeast weather swings. It is worth the upgrade as you get an added layer of cushioning on your back unlike the mesh variant. It doesn't come with the forward tilt option though if you were looking for that option. There may be an option to ask customer support for a quote on a forward tilt seat pan and retrofitting it to your chair as it seems to use the same assemblies. I've also had to use the warranty though as my 1st chair had a multitude of issues. If you do have issues though, the customer support will send parts to you or a whole new chair with the same specifications depending on if it is repairable. My replacement chair has been flawless so far.

Perfect after some modifications
My DXRacer chair broke after 8 years so I figured this would be a nice upgrade. However, I have been using a headrest for years and couldn’t sit comfortably on this chair. Until I got the headrest from Atlas Headrest, then it’s so much better. Another issue I was having was the gap between the back and the seat. I’m 6 feet tall and have to move the seat all the way out resulting in the huge gap in the back, which made me feel like I was falling off in the back. I put an old headrest from my old chair in the gap so I can’t feel the gap anymore. Other than these two things, the chair is perfect. Very very comfortable. The seat was kind of hard at first, but softened significantly after a week.

Wheels don't roll good. Lumbar support is very hard to adjust. The lever to raise and lower the seat started messing up after a week and a half. Unacceptable at any price, but for $1,600 it's ridiculous. I had to add a towel to the seat because it was so hard, but maybe that's what you're going for.

Amazing chair
I did a lot a research on getting a high end chair for my office, and was a little nervous spending this kind of money on a chair, but after watching tons of videos and reading lots of reviews I decided to pull the trigger. Chair came quickly and first impressions of the chair itself was this thing is stunning for a chair! It’s very very attractive and once I sat down, I knew immediately I was happy with my purchase! Feels very solid and supports you in all the right places! I’m very very happy with this purchase.

Feels cheap, armrest arrived broken. Adjustments lacking.
I'm 6'4. The seat barely goes out to my mid thigh, im still very much lacking in leg support. The height adjustment on the lumbar support only goes up halfway, which ends up being between my tailbone and lower back, and is quite uncomfortable. If it could adjust just one or two more spots higher, I'd love this chair and want a replacement, not a refund. Unfortunately the armrests are a dealbreaker. The left one arrived broken. They creak way too much. The $350 gamer chair this replaced had better armrests. And it had better back ergonomics for someone my size. to Haworth: build better armrests, make the lumbar adjustment more adjustable, and charge more, and you'd be a market leader.

Make the investment. your butt will thank you
I upgraded to this chair from a store bought La-Z-Boy and oh man! the difference is night and day. I am at my desk for 8-10 hours a day and after 3 weeks, I can tell you that this is one of the best investments I've made to my studio. This thing is comfortable and can be adjusted easily to fit several different tasks I usually do. You also dont have to build this chair which makes it easier to get going. Literally comes prebuilt. I'm only 5'6 and it adjusts down low enough that my legs are level. It will go really high too so huge range of bodies would fit it. Last thing. It looks amazing. Like seriously, this thing is beautiful. Mine did come with a broken lever to adjust the arm height (I'm sure from poor shipping handling) but the seller immediately sent me not just 1 but 2 brand new arms for it. Gotta love it when a seller sticks the landing like that.

Best Chair Ever
After hours of research, testing what chairs I like, and getting THIS ONE…. I’m 9 months into use and it still holds up great, the mesh back is phenomenal for back support and spine curve. Love it. Best chair ever honestly.

I was really frustrated by the seat depth, which left a large gap in the back and the wobbly arms. Also, the standard wheels that come with it are cheap. I would expect more from this chair.
