The machine is very good. The variety it provides is sure value for money. The quality, capacity, durability are good. The noise level is low. Can make 2-3cups at one go. Only problem is after dale service is ZERO. No assistance from the company for cleaning or servicing.

It’s a basic one but it does the job. The addition of installation service is a farce. I’ve give 3* since I have been getting emails from Amazon to check if the installation service was done. No one contacted for doing it but finally today I got the email tha it has been serviced. First of all it doesn’t need any installation service since it’s a simple coffee machine. But trying to show the efficiency of including an installation service eyewash is unnecessary.

There are two main issues with this product - the inability to consistently produce a standard 30 ml espresso shot and the fact that the service organisation are incompetent and complete cheats. Inability to produce a 30 ml espresso shot - the shot volume keeps increasing to 50 ml. I have had this repaired previously and it quickly reset to 50 ml by itself again Dishonest, incompetent and unresponsive service organisation - this product is sold under extended warranty, which I opted for. While under warranty I have been able to get the product serviced once, but it took intense follow up and a lot of time to get a service appointment. Very soon after service, the problem recurred. I have tried to get the service team to repair the product many times while under warranty, but they either dont respond or send instructions to control the shot volume manually, which makes no sense when paying for the functionality of a capsule machine. Post the warranty period, the warranty provider asked that I take paid service from the seller and this would be compensated under warranty. The seller refused to send anyone for a paid service, just saying the warranty had expired and not responding to follow ups saying I wanted a paid service. Because of such dishonest behaviour, the extended warranty is useless. I would strongly recommend not buying this product primarily due to the service quality - they dont respond to service requests, even if you are willing to pay for it Adding on - I received a message from Costar saying "You were also confirmed that will let us know further". I am not sure what this means, I believe they are saying they are waiting for some kind of information from me to carry out paid service. This is absolutely not true, I followed up asking for paid service and received no response at all till after this negative review. This is simply another dishonest behaviour that Costar has carried out.

If you are looking for a simple yet powerful espresso machine, this 20-bar model is an excellent choice. The touch buttons are very intuitive, allowing for a seamless brewing process even for beginners. I’ve noticed that it extracts much more flavor than my previous machine, likely due to the higher pressure system. It handles both pods and powder equally well, and the results are consistently hot and flavorful. The machine runs relatively quietly and feels very stable during the extraction process. I also appreciate the sleek, modern design which looks great in a contemporary kitchen. It has definitely surpassed my expectations in terms of performance and ease of use.
