Crucial David
Covering his essential post Dolls records of the mid to late 70's(think the live album might've been early 80's represented here with the fine "Animals Medley"-as seen in an early MTV Concert video)it's overall a great collection, just leaves you wanting more if that's a valid criticism(it's a little short for a CD anthology but the track selection rules!). Another must for any student of guitar slinging (in Keith vein)rooster head junkie boy rock. Right up there with The Dolls best.

Wild action
David Johansen is great performer! This is scanty compilation ,for example brilliant "Swaheto woman" is missing. What a pity that there is no full (reasonable price) compilation available at the moment, perhaps sometimes. Quite poor booklet.
