Arrived fully assembled, works out of the box.Im disabled with both knee operations failed , I needed a piece of equipment to help me keep my legs and knees working. Having tried other mechanical equipment, very hard to use . This elliptical electric machine is lightweight, very quiet , comfortable to use, and very good value for money. I’m already feeling the difference in my mobility.

I have osteo in my hip and both knees making it hard to walk and bend my knees so this looked ideal not having to put huge pressure on any part to pedal etc.There is a handy remote too so no bending down to operate and you can use it anywhere under desk or watching TV !There are a few ways to use this 8 electronic movement, 5 speed levels, 3 modes , the modes once started go through slow, backwards, forwards and then up a speed and so on using all the speeds and functions .I prefer to just set the speed on the remote but choose what you find suits best, my knees are really bad but I can use 5 the highest with no issue.It does start backwards pedal but as it lasts 30 minutes I do 15 then press direction on the remote and go forward so works out the same, this gives you 3000 on the LCD steps , all will run for 30 minutes and you can check the calories, time etc on the screen.Now is it good?This is so easy to use with it moving for you easy on the joints, as I said I use highest and been using it daily, I can feel a difference and will use it all the time , I go think though there should be slightly more resistance on 5, it has helped my knees but I need to work them a little harder so often do it twice a day.For elderly or injury it would be a huge help as low impact and certainly help a lot, I would have given it 5 stars if it had a bit more oomph for those wanting a harder workout 5 just seems to easy for me, but someone else it may be ideal so certainly get one it is far better than not using anything or , trying to pedal as that is agony , overall it is fab.

Very straight forwards to set up. Easy to use, though I recommend popping it onto a non-slip mat as it can try to skate across the rug in vigorous use! This is quiet and easy to use, making doing those extra steps after a long day at work or in bad weather, extra easy. I sit on my sofa, with a film or the news and just set it going. 30 mins later it turns itself off and dependent on speed setting I've had decent "walk". Remember to change direction every other use, or half way through the program for best results. Also, in manual mode 30 mins is the maximum time it will run, but you can stop it when you like, 5 minutes is better than nothing!I LOVE this, its already a game changer for me and my highly sedentary lifestyle.

Brought for my father in-law and it's helping him gain him movement in his knees and to strengthen his legs. Only negative is when you turn it to HR mode it seems to always start in reverse. Very annoying.
