It took me about 10 minutes to twist the straps the right way but once I did its great!I was looking for a cheaper alternative to bras I already owned, quality wise it's pretty much the same as leading gymwear brands but maybe about 10% less soft than their fabric? Padding is a bonus as usually this twist design doesn't include this but it can be taken out too.I'm usually an xs / 30D so it's perfect for small chest girlie's that don't need a lot of support or for things like yoga. Wouldn't recommend this style for bigger sizes.However, not looking forward to getting in and out of of it at 7am for the gym.P.s just an extra note to add, fabric is double lined so without padding it's not see through!

Unfort the sewing was wrong. Really worry for the planet - hope it was just this one and hopefully not a load being sent out and having to be returned and if so going in landfill. Sellers should have to be more eco friendly.

It's a little tricky to get on, getting all the straps in the right place, but once you do it's very comfy, feels nice and looks lovely. Its perfect for what I wanted it for.

Looks ok if you are wearing and not doing any kind of workouts .. as soon as you go to gym and do some workouts they don't stay .. your boobs are out underneath ... Not worth a penny ...sizing all wrong too .. if I didn't wear it , I would be sending it back . I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
