Exact replacement for my2018 camper. Solved my lp supply problem.

This is a quality made item, not some cheap knockoff and the original brand that came with my Grand Design 5th wheel. Though our camper is 7 yrs old w/gentle use I was surprised the valve unit started to leak so soon but I'm sure movement from travel and different climates can cause some premature fault. Do not bother trying the soap leak test on these, there's too many sneaky areas these leak from that you can't detect therefore spend $15 on a gas detector which I realized everyone should have that uses any sort of gas, especially on a camper that is vulnerable. The detector immediately confirmed the leak in the valve and not the hoses or a connection. Fyi, the smaller red valves also tend to leak prematurely so be sure to routinely ck w/the detector that has sound.

This is junk! My old one was leaking so I ordered this exact same one to replace it. Install is simple and straight forward and all was good. During my pretrip checks I smelled gas and do the soapy water test and saw it was leaking even worse than before. DO NOT SPEND $$ ON THIS ONE!!! To top it off you CAN NOT return it!

Had to remove tank hose fittings from the Regulator as my hoses were larger. This Regulator is set up to fit new hoses. Also had to adapt my mounting bracket to work with this Regulator as the Regulator is slightly larger than the original for my RV. Otherwise it seems to work well once installed.

Perfect replacement for original. Everything was there and it fit like a glove.
