Great quality, and the straps hold very well. I love that I can tell my SO I am thinking about him with the touch of a button. It does disconnect if you get too far from your phone, and occasionally will not reconnect without opening the ap,p but that is something I can live with.

I bought these for me and my young daughter to wear for when she is at school knowing that she struggles during the day. You need to download the app and it requires a phone number and being connected to Bluetooth for each bracelet so we had to connect it with my husband’s phone for my daughter. These “signals” on the bracelet don’t work without being connected to WiFi and Bluetooth plus you must have the app open. My daughter was excited about the bracelets then we quickly realized they don’t work while she’s at school. These bracelets are too expensive and not worth the money. We will be sending ours back.

This device works amazingly I bought it for me and my long distance girlfriend. After wearing it for 3 days the fastener started to slip and would require me to constantly adjust it, until it snapped and now I can no longer wear it.

Was great — until it wasn’t. Purchased 2/6/25. Stopped working 11/1/25. Submitted warranty claim 11/9/2025. On 11/26/25 was told my replacement had shipped (ridiculous that it took 15 days and 16 emails to get a replacement but I digress). Inquired about tracking number on 11/29/25 since I hadn’t received my replacement and was told it had in fact not shipped and was “in process” (never mind the fact that I could order one from Amazon and have it delivered in 4 days). Finally scheduled to receive on 12/3/2025.

I received the two white bracelets that I purchased yesterday as a gift for my fiance's birthday. I also ordered a seperate navy blue band for him. My initial thought for purchasing this product was that it was a unique and sweet idea for a gift. So far, they are super cute, attractive looking and a cool, romantic idea for couples. The quality is good and they charged super quickly. The app was a bit complicated initially to set up, but has become easier to navigate with some time. It is very comfortable to wear and lightweight. My children also like to tap the screen when they miss their step dad, which is adorable lol. I haven't fully had the chance to utilize all of the features yet, but I'm excited to see all that they have to offer. May post an update soon!

I’m really disappointed with this bracelet. When I peeled off the protective sticker, the sticky residue stuck all over the metal and does not want to come off no matter how much I try to clean it. Instead of looking new and shiny, the bracelet now looks messy and dirty right out of the box. For the price, I expected better quality and care in packaging. Very frustrating experience.
