Awesome Hoverboard
We have another hoverboard (standard size) that both my boys love, but this one is so much better! It's much bigger than a standard size hoverboard, but it just as easy, if not easier, to ride. It is great to take to the park, but is not as "offroad" as they would hope. Regardless, when the older model standard-size dies, I'll be replacing it with another one of these.

Absolutely RUINED my son’s Christmas
Santa brought a faulty hoverboard , which was his main gift. How do you explain that away to an 8 year old.Battery was bad. Wouldn’t even turn on once.Tried to return to manufacturer like instructions stated. They advised they had none. But would replace it with a lesser model. Not a newer one. Horrible customer service.

Good quality!
This hover board is good quality! My 8 year old, who’s never rode a hover board, was able to get on and balance right away, she gets around great on it! The wheels are nice and wide and the charge lasts a decent time. Be aware, it is very heavy!

Failing after 7 months and only being used a handful of times.
It worked great at first but now only runs a short time before dying, even when charged. I has only been used a few times.

Nice
Such a cool good purchase , it lights up beautifully and you can play music which makes it even funnier. Battery life is what you would expect lasts quite a while on a full charge. It’s very sturdy and seems to be holding up well. Good value for an awesome hoverboard!

Battery life is short
I bought 2 for my teenage sons. After charging for 8 hrs they only get 15 mins of ride time. We can't even ride them 1 lap around the block

easy to use
It's a great gift for myself. At first, I need to learn to trust the hoverboard so that I don't fall. The second time I try, I can ride on it, so it's easy to use.

Crapped out after a week!
Cool product and my grandson loved it - for about a week. Then the right wheel stopped working. After multiple recalibrations, as per the owners card, the right wheel still wouldn't work. By this time the box and packing had been thrown away. Spent an hour on Amazon Customer Service chat (obviously anoffshore support center due to the poor English sentences) to be able to return the hoverboard to the UPS Store for them to pack and ship. Finally asked for a US rep to call me and now I have to pay for box and packing then take to the UPS store. I get that I should have saved the box and packing but it was a gift. What irritates me the most is the hoverboard is very cool when it worked. Now it shows "Unavailable" on Amazon even if I wanted to try another one. I'm not happy that I have to pay for the boxing and packing of this defective item knowing that Amazon has negotiated a ridiculously low rate with UPS.
