We used to take it with NAC to promote glutathione production, but have now gone to pure Glycine, for our Glycine source. We have continued with the collagen though, because of the many benefits it provides for skin, hair, nails and joints. This product contains collagen from several sources such as bovine, fish, and chicken, as well as vitamin C all in a regular sized capsule that is easy to swallow. The smaller capsule means you have to take more (4) per day. Good quality collagen can be expensive so $20 for a one month supply is right in there with other sources. Ilike that the only other ingredient is the gelatin capsule. The bottle has a “best by” date of 7/10/26, which is quite a long time. I like this product a lot, and would recommend it for anyone wanting to supplement with a high quality collagen.

A great and easy way to get your hydrolyzed collagen intake. Quality, effective capsules.

I haven't been taking these for long, but I am turned off by the serving size of 4 capsules... it's a lot to take all at once. And keep in mind that with that serving size, the 120 capsules is only a 30-day supply. They go down easily and have no aftertaste that I noticed, which is good. It's too early for me to tell if they work, but I plan to update my review after some time has past. I feel optimistic, though... collagen has proven a helpful supplement for me in the past, and I sure do feel like I am taking a LOT of it swallowing 4 pills. Prior to ordering these, I had been taking a biotin + collagen gummy supplement. A month's supply was about the same cost, but the serving size was less off-putting at 2/day, plus they were delicious gummies. I looked forward to taking them so much, I never missed a day. But with these Herbalicious Collagen Peptide capsules, I don't exactly get excited at the thought of swallowing down 4 of them all at once, so I have nearly missed taking them some days. They also don't have biotin, so I need to find that to supplement separately... meaning YET MORE pills. Ugh.

I’m extremely hypermobile and have heard on and off that I might like to try a supplement like this, so here I am. It’s a bit early to tell because I have not taken these for a long period, but I have not had issues with joint pain or subluxations in that time either. It’s very possible these capsules are helping with that. I’ll probably be able to say this more confidently after another few weeks (they say 4 capsules a day, and it’s 120 capsules, so that should be a month’s supply…more realistically I am usually taking 2 per day). I do taste the egg white or membrane in these (reminiscent of meringue) so I’m confident in the ingredients being what they say they are. Looking forward to seeing how these help my joints long term.

These collagen capsules are easy to take. I've been using powder that I mix into my coffee but these capsules are so much easier. I appreciate that these come in a sealed and dated canister. They are fresh.

I've always had deep-set eyes, a bit like DiNero or Stallone. When I was younger, I was complimented on this. It contains a number of different types of collagen that I didn't know existed. The price isn't bad either. The only downside I could find would be the 4 tablet dosage that is recommended. 4 star rated.
