You really need to purchase whole kit to start with cable block
If not it will eventually tear up usb ports so you will definitely need cable block for camera to secure cable if not at risk for damage from pulling and moving puts stress on ports cable blocks put the stress there and not your ports awesome system it’s reliable sometimes Bluetooth and WiFi aren’t available and this is a tried and true setup

Excellent cable. Great color orange
Excellent cable. Made very well. Quite stiff but it’s tangle proof that way. Costs a lot but quality is worth it. Prolly needs a cable dangle hanger thingy so it doesn’t pull itself out of the camera.

Fast Transfer Rate for RAW Files
Most of my work is fashion and beauty photography, which is a collaborative effort with models, hair, makeup, designers, stylists, etc. Shooting tethered allows near real time review of each picture, so click to full screen display speed is an important factor. My current camera is the Nikon D850, shooting lossless compression RAW files that average 47 Mb. With the USB cable being the only variable, I've clocked transfer speeds as high as six seconds. This Tether Tools cable enables click to full screen display in 2.5 seconds on my system, the fastest time I clocked with a cable longer than six feet.

Un po' caro, ma perfettamente funzionante e affidabile.

Acheté pour faire du tethering avec un Nikon D500. En fonction de l'ordinateur, appareil non reconnu dans Lightroom ou déconnexions toutes les 30 secondes. Visiblement un problème de faux contact, que je n'ai pas avec mes autres câbles. Article renvoyé pour échange.

Toll das es dieses Kabel von dieser Firma noch gibt, weil ja die meisten mittlerweile USB C Anschlüsse an den Kameras verwenden. Ich verwende nach wie vor die 5D sr und es funktioniert tadellos.
