I bought this phone for a patient in a care facility who still wanted a landline. It was the perfect choice with a phone for the living room and a second for her bedside. It was easy to set up and she's had no problems after months of use. It also has Caller ID, adjustable volume, and an easy to use message system. This is a great phone!

This phone works great. Husband needed a phone with a corded handset, to be able to easily operate it. It is easy to set up, great quality of sound, and user-friendly. This is the 4th phone system I have gotten recently, and the ONLY one he can easily use. Set up was a snap, and the two cordless handsets are fine, also. The ONLY thing that would be better, engineering-wise, is if the "BLOCK" button wasn't so close to the "One Touch Dial" feature. The very first day we had it, my husband hit the block button, and blocked ME!

This phone ia as advertised. The closed captions are right 99% of the time and they keep up with the spoken words. The speaker works great and I can't hear, but I'm guessing the receiver works great too. The answering machine/VM shows a number of messages and they are easy to access. Even though I really like the hphone, I. gave it 3 stars instead of 5, because when I call a business and get the recorded announcement that says, "Press 1 for this or 2 for that....." the buttons don't work when responding to the choice you need. The recorded announcement will repeat itself until you are disconnected. How many places do we all call that use greetings like that? Pretty close to 100% with businesses. T hat's a big deal to me, so that's why 3 starts. If that's not a pob, I'd recommend the phone mostly because the captions are most always correct and they appear as the person speaks. I will be returning mine and allow CapTel to provideme with a free phone for my use as long as I need it. I should h ave stayed with them in the first place. CapTel's phone is identicalt o this one, but no prob with the buttonw.

I haven’t installed this phone yet, but my last phone was a Panasonic and I loved it. It was a wonderful value buy giving me many years of service. I love the fact that it announces the caller. My only wish is that they gave you one more phone.

I use a speakerphone from time to time for my business. Recently I had to move out of an office that had a 20+ year old Avaya speakerphone (that was phenomenal) into a new office where I had to provide my own phone. I got this Panasonic speakerphone and it is pathetic. If I don't have the phone less than 2 feet directly in front of my mouth the people on the other end complain they can't hear me and even then they say they have trouble hearing me clearly. If I turn my head while speaking they say they can't hear me. The sound quality on my end is mediocre at best . The handset is lightweight and also has mediocre sound. I plugged in a 30 year old Bell phone I had in my closet into my line and it's handset has better sound quality. With my old Avaya phone I could speak normally anywhere in my office and it was clear to the people on the other end of the line. Also, I have an old inexpensive Logitech C270 webcam with a built in microphone that is about the size of a pea and it is also phenomenal. I used it today on a 4-way Zoom conference since my new Panasonic phone is useless and everybody heard me just fine with the Logitech microphone. Seems like Panasonic went out of their way to incorporate a very crummy microphone and a mediocre speaker.

Bothered by scam and other unwanted calls? These may be oldies, but this new version are great at their job. This was only the second time I've had to replace my12 year old version, and I don't think I'll have to replace them, ever.

Ya conocía la marca y es muy buena, sobre todo que en particular buscaba el ID con voz, es muy práctico para no contestar llamadas desconocidas y solo atender a las registradas, resulta muy seguro también poder bloquear números desconocidos

Me gustó el diseño,la memoria para guardar 100 contactos todo me gustó menos que cuando llaman dice el nombre y solo tiene un sonido no hay más
