It's works great I used it this weekend it plays well, I have used JCR bells for 30 years now it hard trying to get used to it, but it sounded great this weekend, the only thing I continue to remind musicians, especially in the salsa field, if you're going to use an LP bell on the timbales, you must hear me you must use an LP bell for the bongo player, if not the harmony will not sound right. Can't use JCR or any other, LP works only with LP. I have been playing for over 45 years now. On top of that when doing recordings it's best to use LP due to the fact the rings isn't as loud as others. Regards, ffsalsa. PS all the Latin Bands in various types of groups use LP, especially in Puerto Rico. I have heard it from many musicians that come to New York City.
