Ordered the cinnamon cereal flavor and it is amazing, I highly recommend it. I am highly lactose intolerant and this beef protein is all I can tolerate. I have also tried this companies blueberry that was good but nothing like this! I am blown away by the flavor and texture, it mixes extremely well, dissolves easy, has no sugar, and I’m starting to see an increase in energy in the morning and lean muscle mass. It’s a bit pricy, but well worth it in my honest opinion.

I bought the cinnamon cereal flavor and was shortly disappointed. Taste is terrible not very cinnamon and almost bitter. Texture is by far the worst part, I can’t say this plainly enough, IT WILL NOT MIX. Blend it, stir, shake, it doesn’t matter. You will be drinking the grainy half absorbed particles regardless.

Purchased the Cinnamon Toast, Flavor with 8oz of water is surprisingly good and I personally HATE mixing protein with water but I always try it. The flavor is akin to Lucky Charms after it's been dusted with the marshmallows but obviously without the Marshmallows, sounds mildly disappointing but ABSOLUTELY my new favorite as it's the best Water based flavor I've ever had. The lack of Lactose is obvious to me since I do have a bad reaction to it where my tongue itches and stomach bloats to the point of indigestion Chewy Vurps, NONE of that is present so can comfirm that claim 10/10. Dissolves easy to a smooth texture in my blender cup. Easy to pack and mix with water. Jury is out on Protien and recovery tho but looking forward as my staple powder for the next couple seasons of Lifting weights.

it's not bad. It is just very wispy and hard to mix. The taste is good. Sometimes I need a break from the whey products and this does the trick. It's almost like mixing the old casein from way back in the day. I'd but it again. It definitely serves it's purpose.

After using this product for 6 months,great value, taste was not bad but not flavor full either. Mixed well with shake machine. Stirred in well with drinks as well. Witch is probably why I continuednto use it. As far as the benefits I would say it improved my gains in the gym. A great way to get your protein in. As far as stomach ease it was ok for me personally. Overall would use this product but would probably not purchase again due to poor flavors. Not chalky either

Taste great, only protein I use

No matter how much u shake it you will have lots of chucks that’s don’t mix. The flavor is pretty terrible. Buy the chocolate it’s good but this an abomination. Also gave my terrible diarrhea. I have tried many many protein powder over the years and this has never happened to be before but with this one for some reason it gives me explosive diarrhea.

Sounds lame but I can’t take down a whey protein without extreme comfort, this alternative product has had a way better effect on my body and obvious gains. On my third carnivore protein and don’t plan on switching to any other product anytime soon. Also have the weight gainer which worked last time I used it for a month.
