My daughter is not a huge juice drinker nor is she a huge fan of vegetables. I bought this just to try because it was cheap and I was trying to find a way to slip some extra nutrients into my daughter's diet, and this was a hit! She was hesitant when I fixed the first cup, but she informed me that it was delicious and she went through the whole bottle in a couple of days. For picky eaters/drinkers, the flavor is apparently good enough to get those vitamins in without having to force them to eat those "nasty vegetables", haha. I didn't even get a chance to try it so I'm not sure, but it's picky child approved!

I love this diet juice because it has very good flavor and is also very low in carbohydrates, which, as a Type 1 Diabetic, is important to me.
