So far I've used this system to grow strawberries and raspberries and kale and this system is great. The pump did stop working only after I cycled it on and off to keep the stems from rotting and causing diseases. But the system can be used outdoors which is where I'm using it and it's doing great.

The media could not be loaded. This product so far looks great, no leaks and easy to install. Everything is running perfectly as described. will post an update in about 6 months with the results... This thing paid for itself ten fold. Results in! 1.5pounds in a 2.5' tent. Only used 2 of the four pots. Great set up!

This is a real Rube-Goldberg setup:There is no way to make a neat setup. There are tubes running everywhere and once you install it is difficult to make any changes.It is difficult to assemble and even worse to dissemble. Once it is running is is not easy to keep the water level as you want it. The whole thing is poorly thought out and does not work that well.

The buckets, hoses, fittings all went together great. No leaks. The air stones are way too small in my opinion and the air pump is a little weak. Upgrade the pump and stones and it's a great system.

Ordered and set up the bucket system without any issue and no leaks, within 2 weeks the pump went out, luckily I was within the return period and was able to get a replacement and send back the other one. However, the replacement has now gone out and it has been less than 2 months and past the return period. I am annoyed because you NEED the pump to always work and always work properly and this pump does not work properly. I read other reviews where they talk about a bad pump also. What a bummer! The kit itself tho is great and easy to use

I was a bit apprehensive about buying this product for 1 big reason (reported leaks) and a small one (poor instructions). I found if you take your time and review both sides of the instruction sheet (which has a total of 3 steps) and you look over both diagrams, figuring out how to connect it is not difficult. Just take your time and develop a mental plan for assembly.Regarding leaks - I have had zero leaks and I don't anticipate I will see any. Again, if you follow the advice ,use hot water to soften the tubes to attach them to the valves, etc. you should not have any problems either.

I really like this set up so far…I built a platform so I could move the set up easy and clean behind it. The overall set up wasn’t hard, just took some time and patients. Don’t rush, and this kit will turn out very nice. I am at the point of letting my water gas off and did a system check, everything worked as expected. I would recommend rinsing the clay pebbles…none of the videos suggested that, that are on the reviews. Other than that…I’m impressed.

water pump stopped working 1 week after setting up causing the water to go back into the rez and leak substantially fast out of the hole where the pump cord goes through on the back of the bucket. not sure what to do as i spent 3+ hours cleaning water out of the tent which stressed my plants out. will be looking for a new pump as i see in other reviews customer service is horrible.
