Amazing massage tools. Absolutely saved me when I injured my back and neck. Just turn your back toward a wall a drawer place the ball in between the wall and your back. Push your back into the wall and you will feel the magic of it working. I loved the different sizes but I don't use the spiky one. However it's very nice it comes In a clear plastic protect ball to prevent accidental injury. Love it!

If you deal with stubborn knots like I do, this set is a game changer. I use the balls against a wall or on the floor. For best results warm up the affected area first. I also take magnesium glycinate daily (300-500mg), which really helps loosen things up from the inside out. Do both, and your muscles won’t know what hit them!

Not complicated and they do the job as expected. The foam is the right firmness for them to do what they are supposed to do without deforming or being piercing like a golf ball or baseball would be. I put them on the tile floor and roll back and forth varying pressure. Its easier on tile than carpet as tile allows me to slide back and forth but carpets grips whatever Im wearing making it difficult to roll out the tension spots.

These items are perfect. More than I had hoped for.

Between carrying kiddos and pushing/pulling/lifting as a nurse in the ER I get lots knots in my back. These help so much when I need to get a knot out! I grab one and roll them out against a wall. Helps relieve the pain and tightness quickly. My teenage athlete also loves these for her thighs and calves! Would buy again!

My husbands hands hurt a lot and he has gotten a lot of use from these. They have so many uses. I roll them under my feet while I watch TV. I lift weights and do Pilates and I really enjoy using these to help with sore muscles.

I was using a lacrosse ball for about a year to get out knots in my glutes and bruised myself a lot or went too deep but the larger foam ball I. This set is great! I don’t use all the pieces in the set but still worth it

Can’t go wrong. I managed to properly release my hips with the smooth ball. I tried getting deeper on bum with spikey ball…my advice, do not use the wall to help with this as it marked mine. That’s user stupidity though. Product perfect and lots of choice
