Great Starter Fishing Rod Set
I bought these fishing rods for my brother-in-law as his first set, and they’ve been perfect. Setup is easy, and the rods are simple to use for a beginner. Light but strong, well made!
Good quality, easy to assemble, good spinning rod a little light but strong enough for the grand kids to catch whiting, catfish and this 8lb Ray on their first trip!

I wish it came with instructions
Soooo it took us about an hour to figure out how to install the fishing line since we are first time fishers. But the quality seemed good and once we watched a few (7) YouTube videos, we were able to go fishing. I love that I can pack it up in a small back and portability is so easy. Now that we know, it’s so easy to assemble.

Love them!
I bought these and was so happy that I bought another set the next day gor my daughter and grandson. They are really well made reels. I love the colors. Poles are nice and long. Came with two spools of 16 pound line. Only issue i had was my grandson would snap his wrist to pull out the pole. It worked, but the top of the pole got stuck out. My guess it was from him doing that, but not certain. Took a little work, but was able to get it retracted to put it in the bag.

Not good for children
I purchased these for my nieces and when they arrived I did not realize how tall they are, and the very end was flimsy and would not be easy for children to use, let alone an adult. Reel was not attached to poles either so you would have to put them together. I am returning them

50/50 at your own risk
I’m giving it a three at best because only ONE of the two poles actually worked. Our reel on the blue pole will not work for whatever reason. We did everything we could to make it functional but the purple one works perfectly. The portability is way easier than any poles I’ve had in the past.

Love them. I go fishing with gf, while camping. Super convenient that theyre telescopic and require less space. They cast nice and smooth, piss me off though, she can cast further than me...

Only tried one rod and reel. They work fine. Smooth cast out great return fine. Telescope is great fits in small places. Lot of hardware. Great value for the money.
