No inserts and now they getting smashed.
I love this product. But lately it's been getting to me smashed and some broken because they no longer come with the cardboard tube that was inside of each one to keep them from getting smashed. But other than that they are great! Hopefully the issue will get fixed.

Good to taste
These are really good..package smells like tea but when u squeeze the filter til it snaps i have no idea what the flavor is but it’s good that way or not squeezing the filter

Smokes really well, smooth, packs well and haven't decided on the taste just yet. Not bad, but different. Too much palm aftertaste? Can't put my finger on it but will keep trying.

I love these wraps! The slow burn is great! I only use King Palm wraps because of this.

Quality changed and all bad
I have purchase this product several times. The order I just received I have noticed the change in quality. Upon removing one from package I noticed the difference in how it felt and then noticed he previous times I ordered the instruction card was rolled and placed in the leaf this package it’s not rolled it’s a creased paper then when I attempt to pack it the leaf breaks up very easy. I did manage to get one packed without breaking and popped the tip and the flavor was horrible that has even changed I will not be purchasing again. I really enjoyed them when the quality was better. I tried to leave 0 stars but was made to rate as one

Great, BUT ONLY when cones have protective inserts!
I'm leaving 3 stars because I have purchased these four different times. Two out of the four times I could barely use any of the cones due to none of them having the cardboard inserts that keep the cones from being smashed in shipping. The other 2 deliveries had the inserts and were totally fine and great. I love King Palm but the hit and miss makes me want to stay buying from local stores, since they are guaranteed to be protected with the inserts. Its a waste of money when you are only able to use 1/3rd of the cones due to being flattened and having splits down the sides. I'm not about to drive 30+ miles to the nearest return spot to save the $7 return charge. If they can make sure every package is sent with their protective roll inserts, that'd be an easy 5 star from me.
