I have used these blades for cutting brush and trees up to 4 inches for about 7 months now. Initially on an old Husqvarna 223L and they performed well considering the class of machine they were on. I am currently using them on a Echo SRM-410U which is a beast and they perform very well. They are also easy to sharpen. For me the biggest benefits of these blades are that there relatively inexpensive, that they can handle grass and brush up to 4 inches thick, and they last awhile with sharpening.

It works good, but it is a little unbalanced

Stihl trimmers with the "Auto Cut" head don't have "teeth" for the adapter to fit on. The output shaft simply has a hex nut that the trimmer head fits over. I was going to make it work, but unfortunately neither of the nuts that come with the adapters thread onto the shaft.So, plan B was my older Echo trimmer (SRM 210). Although it has teeth neither adapter fits. I was able to use the parts to make it work and boy does it cut. The 210 is only 21.5cc and not "technically" rated for a brush cutter blade. However, you'd never guess it with the way this rips through everything in its path, including 4-6 in maple saplings. I was also able to use it to prunes some bushes, which was very convenient.

These rigs cut like butter! Anywhere from young saplings all the way to 6” trees! Made of good quality material! Cleared my property line in about 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend!

This thing hates brush I've cut through 4 in just keep it out of the dirt with the little cup on the bottom to keep it off the ground 2 inches above the ground and just half throttle with 25cc Troy-Bilt and you'll cut almost anything. I had to remove the guard to make this work I bought the 9 inch buy the seven inch and it will fit on a Troy-Bilt with the brush guard in place sharpen it like a chainsaw after every use or when you dip it in the dirt and you'll be happy

I installed on my husqvarna 128ldx. It worked beyond my wildest expectations. I cut down small trees up to 4 inches in diameter. The blade stayed sharp for about 2 to 3 day before having to sharpen. I still have one blade that I haven't even used yet. Installation was as simple as putting a new trimmer head on. I even used it to trim lower limbs in some of my tree around my driveway. This blade setup made my trimmer a real beast. I have shown it to all my friends and neighbors and they liked how it performed. This was a great buy and the price is right for what it can handle.
