Strong resistance
It has a very good thickness and resistance. It is a little too big but still very good. I have had it for multiple years and it is just now starting to crack.

Good resistance band for warmup purpose
I use this resistance band for shoulder warmup. It is affordable and made of high quality rubber band. I have no allergy to it and it has no odor. The black one looks great. It is light-weight and easy to put into my bag. It increases workout effectiveness by reducing injuries.

Rotator cuff physical therapy.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Exactly what I wanted. I’ve been having rotator cuff issues on the left side. I have used it twice now at the golf course before and after my practice session. This is my first time ever using a stretch band like this. It seems to work really well. It is not a heavy band for pulling. You do not need a lot of weight for therapy for the rotator cuff. Like I said, only use it twice, it seems to be very good. I appreciate this tool for therapy.
