Second time purchasing these they’re very fast acting and very natural. Can cause slight discomfort but nothing excruciatingly bad. Great for bowel regulation. And removing waste to boost energy and daily performance. Smells of herbs but not too horrible.

These work for me. They help keep me from having digestion inflammation. They also help keep ‘my parts’ moist. I started taking these 2 years ago and got pregnant. I was trying then. I stopped taking them during pregnancy because I am unsure if they are safe during pregnancy. I started taking these again, LAST MONTH in November, and AM ALREADY PREGNANT AGAIN!!! I was not trying this time around. So, moral of the story, these work very well if you want to get pregnant because I believe they help carry the sperm to the egg because it’s so slippery in there, and if you are not looking to get pregnant don’t take these or take extra precautions.

I've been using slippery elm for years. This was the first time I tried this brand and I was hopeful. When it came I noticed that it was not as effective as other brands like the now brand. It may have fillers in it, I don't know, it's just hard to explain why the same dosage doesn't have the same effect as other brands(even tried taking more and still it didn't have the same impact). I do believe that it does do something, as there was one night I thought it wasn't working for gi issues, so I toke activated charcoal and ended up having a bit more pain, which made me realize it was doing something, but it's just wasn't as effective as other brands. I would not get this product again.

This has been very helpful for digestive comfort. Easy to swallow capsules and no aftertaste. Nature’s Way is a brand I trust and this product met my expectations.
