Not bad but beware..
Not a bad fan for the price. But poor design quality as the light globe does not cover bulb sockets well. I asked if this unit could be flush mounted to ceiling before purchase but got no answers. It in fact cannot be flush mounted. I think if my ceiling was higher, or fan was direct mounted to ceiling the light sockets wouldn't be visible. Also the supplied Led E26 candle bulbs are not only a little rare but necessary to get globe on. The color temperature of these bulbs are a institutional purple that make you feel like your in prison. I am searching for a warmer bulb after this review. It also comes with a remote for fan which I'm not a huge fan of (no pun intended), as the batteries die or remote gets lost and fan is useless. The light however automatically works with existing switch reguardless of remote thankfully. All in all I can live with it but hopefully this review will help another think twice.

Terrible piece of equipment
Terrible piece of equipment. Remote (the reason we bought this fan) is modular and not built in. Required a separate wiring connection and sits out and looks terrible. Moves minimal air. I would suggest you do not purchase this fan.

Good value for price
The quality of this ceiling fan is about mid-level, a bit flimsy but as expected for the price. We installed on a sloped ceiling, when the fan is on low and medium, there is no vibration, and on high there is only minor vibration and a slight wiggling. We didn't like the brightness of the light bulbs that came with it so we replaced them with a warmer hue bulb. We've been using it almost daily for about 6 months, so far so good.

decent fan for the price
Decent fan for the price ($60 or so) but it does start to squeak after the first few uses and it drives me crazy that it's remote only. I cannot figure out how to hook it up to the light switch. have an electrician coming to look at it.

Great deal on a lighted ceiling fan.
I purchased this fan for my guest room as it tends to get hot in the summer. My friend and I were able to install it in under 2 hours - this included running new electrical wire through the attic. It was easy to assemble although the directions are not as clear as one may like but the photos helped. It looks lovely - far nicer than what I expected for the price.

will not stay balanced
absolute piece of crap, balance the fan by the next day out of balance. Balance the fan again next day same thing again. then again and again, then after two balance packs added to two blades on one side gave up and bought a new fan.
