A beautiful knife for a very low price
This is a fantastic Gift suggestion for the chief in your family! In a beautiful presentation gift case. The blade is extremely sharp; be careful! The handle blends into the blade seamlessly.Anyone would be so proud to have this knife; I know I am. Just the right balance and length for carving and slicing meat; but can be used in any food preparation scenario.See pictures of this EXPENSIVE looking gift that is very reasonably priced. You would have to look very hard to find a better gift for this price! I apologize to anyone who finds this knife lacking but as a novice in the kitchen, this is a great find in my opinion.

Sharp and ready to go
The media could not be loaded. This beauty feels durable and looks like it will last a long time. This is one of the the times you get something ans it's really hard to find something to complain about.Even the box it comes in looks amazing. Don't mind the horrible chopping job but this knife is so sharp made this a cake walk. I've been using this knife as my main driver for the last few weeks and still looks as clean and sharp as ever. Not coming with a sleeve might be my only complaint but that's just me looking for something to ask about.I definitely recommend

Lightweight and Attractive, but Awkward Handle
I can't really knock this for what it is: an inexpensive chef's knife. It's nicely packaged and lightweight, and the gunmetal finish is attractive. It appears to be cast from one piece of steel, with a hollow metal handle. However, the design of the handle, while clean and simple looking, does not feel natural to me. There is no real contour for your index finger to grip. There is no bolster to place your index finger behind (or to pinch behind). Nor does the handle doesn't have any real corners. Add to that the non-stick coating that covers the entire knife -- blade and handle -- and it makes for a grip that doesn't feel firm. Additionally, I have concerns about what will happen with the non-stick coating. The non-stick coating is removed at the blade's edge, naturally, by the sharpening process. As I sharpen the blade, over time, I wonder whether some of it will flake off.

I’m having the BEST luck with awesome knives lately!
This knife exemplifies the old saying of "like a hot knife through butter." Slicing with it is absolutely effortless. I don’t know how much the nonstick coating has to do with it as I’m sure it reduces friction and dragging against food. I’d like to think it would perform at least almost as flawlessly without it. My only concern is with the coating’s durability, especially when the knife is sharpened as this may allow the coating to wear faster. I also have to wonder how well it will keep that currently magnificent edge. It may all be dependent upon the coating… or not. We’ll see.in the meantime, I highly, highly recommend this knife, especially at this price! (My apologies for not including a photo. There appears to be a problem with Amazon’s photo sharing plug.)

Good inexpensive all purpose kitchen knife
This knife has a very sharp edge and cuts nicely. Nearly as sharp as my expensive sushi knife, just not as robustly made. I was actually expecting it to have less performance, it definitely outperforms a colored set from Cuisinart that I own. Holds it's edge better too. The only drawbacks are slight. I find the handle a bit slick but still comfortable. However, I had no issues gripping and holding the knife. The blade is on the thinner side, but that actually aids it's cutting, and the edge is holding better than expected. The knife comes in a nice box, but no sheath. A sheath would help protect the knife while stored. But I would get this knife again without hesitating. A good value and I am very pleased with this knife.
