GETTING CONFETTI TO STICKFor ALL confetti balloons, confetti sticks best when inflated with air. You can also get a dazzling confetti-effect when you inflate with helium. A puff of air from your mouth prior to inflating helps loosen them up. A little bit of water or hairspray before inflating with helium will aid the sticking process but may result in slight streaks appearing on the inside walls of the balloons. Have fun rubbing the balloons against a rug, one's hair or with a silk scarf so that the confetti sticks to the balloon wall.WHY WON'T MY LATEX BALLOON FLOAT?The main reason a balloon fails to float is when insufficient or low-grade helium has been added. Customers are please advised to add HIGH QUALITY helium until the balloon reaches its size - 36" in diameter. Use a tape measure as a guide. ~14 cubic feet of helium is required. HOW TO PRETEND FLOAT BALLOONS WITH AIR There are other options for making a dazzling balloon display!
