Been wanting a tofu press for years. This one does a very good job. Sturdy, easy to clean. The pressed tofu block was perfect!

This tofu press was chosen after comparing with multiple others. I like that the size is not limiting in what size tofu block you can use it for. I also liked that it is see through. The lid slides on easily from the end, rather than being pushed or snapped on. The pressing mechanism works easily by twisting and pressing down to lock into place and there are two options as for how far it can press down, giving you the option to press more water out of a more firm block of tofu. There is a drain spout you can use for the water, but I usually just dump it out after I remove the pressed tofu. This does extract a good amount of water without destroying the tofu. It also doesn't take too long to do so. It feels sturdy and durable enough so far. I do not prefer using the tofu cutter that came with it, which can quickly cut your block into small squares, simply because for my blocks it does not line up well enough at the edges and would make a row of thinner blocks than the rest, so I prefer cutting by hand if I am not crumbling it, which gives you more size control anyway. This press is very easy to clean, it does not get very messy at all as the tofu remains intact during the process.

I really like this tofu press and cutter! It’s made tofu preparation so much easier. No more stacking cans on top of my tofu to press out the moisture, and I’m saving a ton of paper towels in the process, which is a big win for me. The press works really well, and it’s super easy to use—just set it up, tighten it, and let it do its thing. My only complaint is that it’s a little bulky, so it takes up some space in the kitchen, but it’s definitely worth it for how well it works. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who makes tofu regularly!

This is a great, quality made product. Quickly presses both types of tofu. The cube cutter is a very handy for cutting into square or rectangle pieces.

I use this all the time, it works great and also lets me get even slices instantly after pressing.

I finally got to use my tofu press last night and was thrilled when I got 3 blocks of tofu ready in an hour! I used to struggle to find anything heavy enough to press my tofu and then have to wait hours. This was a game changer for sure! Plus, it comes with a cutter which reduced my prep time even more! And I didn't have to hand wash it afterwards because it's dishwasher safe! The instructions included in the box were precise and easy to follow. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend!

I never thought that I would own a tofu press, much less use it as much as I do! We've had it for a few years now. We purchased this as a way to try and decrease our meat intake. We didn't expect we would be using it so much and that there is so much you can do with tofu. Speeding up the time to get water out of tofu, significantly increased our use of tofu in recipes we usually used meat for. Tofu took way too long to drain the old fashioned way and that's why we looked for a device to help with it. This was the only one that also had a slicer and add a similar price. The slicer really speeds up meal prep and makes it much easier to cook with smaller cubed sizes. The press takes a lot less time than doing it the traditional way and I like the two level system. Tossing in the dishwasher is pretty easy, but I try not to put the spring and top portion in. Hand cleaning with the cube press can be a bit of a pain, but I'm very pleased with the purchase!

This is almost excellent, but it doesn't have enough pressure. My tofu still retains more water than the plate-stack & paper towel method, which is really unfortunate.

Una semana usándolo, me encantó. Me facilita la preparacion del tofu y el cortarlo. Me gusta dejarlo 20 minutos para que tenga bastante textura y absorbe como esponja cualquier marinado.

Me pareció un buen producto desde que lo vi y ahora que lo he usado ya varias veces no me arrepiento. Es muy practico y efectivamente extras bastante agua del Tofu. Lo dejo dentro del refri haciendo presión y después de un par de horas suelta bastante agua. Con esto el Tofu queda con una textura más agradable y listo para una mayor absorción de un marinado

Es ligero, fácil de lavar. Solo te. Cuidado con las cuchillas. Yo am momento de desmontarlo me corte los dedos. Son demasiado filosas y no recomiendo que lo usen infancias sin supervisión. En cuanto a la rapidez y presión que pone al tofu para deshidratarlo es efectiva. Sin duda me ayuda muchísimo. Le caben sin problema dos cuadros de tofu juntos.
