These are really nice q-tips. They are rounded on one end and pointy on the other which is nice for makeup around your eyes. Good price

This is my 2nd time ordering these. The first container lasted a long while. I mainly use these when I apply makeup because the sharp end is perfect for fixing and sharpening my eyebrows after I apply a brown pencil, and they work really well to sharpen my winged eyeliner and eyeshadow, especially when they're dipped into micellar water. The cotton does tend to unravel on the swab eventually, and while all cotton swabs are like this to varying degrees, these are much more durable than those cheap, generic value-pack kinds. I do think they're a good value for the price because you get the sharp and rounded ends, they come with their own resealable container, and the thickness of the material is great for detail work.

Updated again 03/21/26 - back to 4 stars! Had to try again and have received correct product the last 3 times ordered. THANKS SO MUCH for correcting the ordering problems!! Updated 03/29/25- Changing the stars from 4 to 2, as they were pretty good for my first 3 orders, but definitely cannot recommend them now. I purchased these 3 times successfully, but on the 4th and 5th time, I received the wrong product - even though I reordered through the "purchase again" option on Amazon orders. The first time I received regular q-tip size swabs. I sent them back and again ordered through the " purchase again" option - making sure They were " XL", had a pointy end and large cotton other end. I received a pointed end and the other end is crimped flat and condensed. This is definitely not what I am looking for. I have given up with this company and moving on to trying a 3x larger cotton tip with bamboo stick on Amazon. Original Review: Since the Daiso Shower Swabs have become unavailable, I have scrambled to find a (hopefully!) temporary replacement. These are the best I have found so far for absorbing water that gets into my ears while showering. I would prefer both ends of the swab to be "full", but I do use the pointed end for detailing the nooks and crannies of my ears. The sticks are sturdy (opposed to flimsy). I haven't had any cotton unwind from the stick & the cotton has decent absorbency. I'm very happy with the price for 2 canisters of swabs. While Daiso Shower swabs are larger on the cotton portion and absorbency, these are the best alternative I have found and for this I am very thankful for them!!

Great for correcting any make up mistakes or smudges. Also can be used to apply shadow or smudge liner.
