First of all, I purchased this E-Trike for my wife who is 69 and is afraid of a falling on a two wheeler. She fell in love with the videos on YouTube so was excited to get it. It took several hours over two days to actually get it together. (Though it was fairly easy to assemble, and tools were supplied, but the instructions were not too clear). I am very handy and repair my own bikes, but this critter was more like a small car. All three brakes had to be adjusted individually just to make it stop. Some of the bolts were missing (but I had a few on hand). After all was assembled and adjusted, it ran like a spotted ape. All electronics operated flawlessly. For some reason, the gearing on the derailleur keeps jumping out of sync. This should be fairy easy to adjust but not a simple operation. Overall, this is a good e-trike for elderly folk like me and my wife. There are other models that are less expensive, however this EMOJO Bull has the lowest step over bar for the money. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered the trike on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Wed morning on a truck from Irvine. Everything was included and assembly went without any issues. The printed assembly instructions were in large color pictures with large print but you must watch the assembly video along with it because it includes more detail. I compared it to the RAD Trike and decided that at the identical price the Emojo Bull was a far better buy: comes with rear axle differential, 3- wheel disk brakes, multi speed chain drive, front and rear baskets, extra wide seat.

After a year of regular use the controller has failed as well as the headlight . Expected to have better durability for the price point.

The bike came shipped in two boxes and required more assembly and adjustment than any previous E-bike I have worked on. The assembly instructions are not updated to how the bike is pre assembled. In addition there are areas to tight in clearance to use the provided/shipped tools. Good thing I have many other tools and was able to complete the assembly. The three brake calipers required considerable effort to get them adjusted properly. The chain rear derailing mechanism was completely out of alignment and required time to adjust. The bike is heavy and doesn’t set on any bike work stand I have due to the three wheels. I have assembled dozens of multi geared pedal bikes and this is the fourth E-bike I have worked on. This bike took nearly four hours of my time to unbox, read the manual, and assemble. Other bikes of all types and sizes…. less than an hour! If you don’t have bike repair experience, tools and equipment you will need to have an experienced bike repair person or professional bike shop do the assembly.

It took me a awhile to make my decision on which etrike to buy because there are so many options. After lots of research I chose the EMOJO company and I’m really happy. I bought this trike for my mom. She loves it and has been using it to go around the town and do errands. It has made her life easier with shopping and getting around. She can pedal but also has the ability to keep moving without pedaling. Its a great feature and makes her feel confident. Highly recommended!

The assembly instructions manual don't have much words just pictures and that too they dont match to the model of the bike you have bought.. You need to figure out on your own how to assemble the bike. Also brakes don't work properly. Getting the gears to shift was a nightmare. Couldn't get the motor to start even with a fully charged battery!!!! The seat and handle bars are not comfortable. Not easy to turn if your short (5"3 - 5"5) and the handle bar are too far away from the seat so difficult to maneuver. Overall bad buy. Issued refund and waiting for seller to email the label. Please check refund policy before buying.

I haven't been able to ride a bike for a long time, so whenI received my Emojo bike and I was so excited I was a little apprehensive at first, but after a few rides I felt like a pro.The low step-over made extremely easy to get on and off the trike.I babysit my grandkids and now we can ride to the park togetherI feel like a kid again.Thanks Emojo for making life a little easie

Happy with purchase. Waiting to hear from seller, how to order another battery for it. Also waiting for warmer weather to take out on trail. Battery and mirrors came a few days after the bike came; thought parts were missing, but arrived!
