JOYMOOP Flat Mop System, Microfiber Mop and Bucket Set, White, Commercial & Household Use, Hardwood Floor & Wall Cleaning Mop with Long Handle, 4 Microfiber Pads

I've tried many different mops/mop systems over the years and either been dissatisfied with them or had them break on me. This includes a couple different designs by O-Cedar (all of which broke), swiffers, and a very well reviewed (and expensive) wet vac by Tineco (which doesn't work quite as well as a traditional mop and is a pain to clean out between uses). Nothing has beaten this for simplicity and elegance of design, ease of use, ease of cleanup after use, reusability, and durability. It's such a simple but brilliant design. First of all, let me address the only major complaint I've seen in other reviews, which is that you're mopping with dirty water. I'm not sure what world these people have been living in, but 90% of mopping systems do not separate clean and dirty water. This is how things have been done for centuries, how it is STILL done in professional settings such as hospitals, schools, factories, etc. and it seems to work just fine. Yes, there are systems now that do it, but they are all VERY new, in the minority, and always seem overly complicated to me with too many points of failure or other issues, or they are very expensive. To hold that as a standard upon which any mop system that DOESN'T do this isn't worth consideration and gets negative reviews is quite ridiculous. I think this comes down to people "feeling" icky about it rather than it actually being an issue with getting a truly clean floor, unless you believe we never had clean floors until 2021 (earliest I could find a design that did this, as of 2025 there are a few different options out there by different companies). That said, if this is very important to you as a feature, you can simply add the wash water to the drying side and basically use the unit in reverse and it works exactly how you would expect. I don't use it that way because this is not a feature I care about, but I've tried it and it works fine that way. Now, on to the things I like. The bucket is very simple, thick molded plastic with nothing on it that seems prone to breaking. The mechanism for removing the lid is very simple to use and very secure. There are no weird crevasses that make it hard to rinse off the lid and bucket after using it. The bucket does a great job scraping off any hair or other debris from the mophead on the way out. The pads are washable and reusable and the way they fit onto the mop head is incredible secure and nothing seems like it would be prone to breaking. They even smartly put the tag on the opposite side from the hooks so that you can pull on the tag to get the pad nice and tight before pressing it down. Now that's attention to detail!The mop itself is good quality, I'm glad they opted for sections that screw into each other rather than something that collapses down (like O-Cedar mop handles) because in my experience that design always breaks, I've had several different tools from various manufacturers with that design of handle, and they've ALL broken eventually. It's not quite as convenient, but I prefer it for the durability. I like that you can get the mophead more dry by passing it through the wringer multiple times, which makes it then suitable for use on walls, tables, etc. I like to shorten the handle and use it to clean my living room table as well as a big table on my front porch. I also use it for the tile in my shower. Overall I couldn't be happier with this mop. There's not a single thing I would change and I truly don't think it could be improved upon.

I already own a very similar model for my own home, so I knew what to expect, and this one has lived up to my expectations.For anyone concerned about cleanliness and sanitation, washable microfiber pads are a great and easy way to keep things clean. I can launder them thoroughly after each use, helping reduce germs and keeping the mop fresh and hygienic.This is far more economical and environmentally friendly than constantly replacing disposable pads.I like to use one pad dry to sweep up, then another pad to mop. It glides smoothly across floors and does an excellent job picking up dust, pet hair, and everyday dirt. The flat profile also makes it easy to reach under furniture, beds, and other low-clearance areas that are often difficult to reach with a regular broom. The microfiber material effectively captures debris rather than simply pushing it around.The handle feels sturdy, and the overall system is lightweight enough to use comfortably for larger cleaning jobs without causing fatigue. Assembly was straightforward, and the mop is easy to store upright when not in use.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It’s a practical, durable, and hygienic cleaning solution that works well for both residential and caregiving settings. If you’re looking for a reusable flat mop system with easy-to-clean microfiber pads and no Velcro to wear out, I would definitely recommend this product.

I originally bought this mop bucket to help clean up spaces I traveled to, but know I use it in my own home.I love how the clean and dirty water stay mostly separate, the mop head is damp but not super wet when mopping, and is easy to transport throughout my home.I also love using it in my garage studio to clean up clay particles and saw dust. Very sturdy. Mop heads can be tossed in the washer and dryer for easy cleaning. Replacement parts are easy to get as well.My mop head stopped staying in the stored position and I was able to buy a replacement that came with new pads as well.My daughter bought one when she moved out.

I honestly love this. Saw on tik tok thinking I want this. I bought it and fell on love instantly. Easy to use. Pretty explanatory one side has water one side for straining to drying it up. Only thing that putting the pad on the actual flat head can be tricky and P.I.A. if you aren't used to it. There's pegs that hold the pad in place when you're sliding it up and down in the bucket. The pegs slip into pockets on the pad. People stated put on the floor slide them in and press. I tried it doesn't work for me.I feel this thing helps get my hard floors and my walls cleaner faster no more pulling the pad off rinsing and all that.

This is by far, the best designed mop I’ve ever used. EVERY detail has been carefully thought out. It’s lightweight, easy to use and does a great job wringing out the mop for just the right amount of moisture to effectively clean the floor. Would highly suggest this over the many mopping systems I’ve used through the years. Especially as I get older and don’t want to bend and strain to wring out a mop. EXCELLENT product!!!

I love these mop and bucket no problem with bucket .but mop needs improvement .I have bought 3 of these set I love them so much.but the mop part always don’t last long before it breaks.they need to find a way to improve the mop.I bought a differant brand last time to try out. I would definitely buy this agin if. They would improve the mop.ever set broke in same place ever time.

I did not receive this free for my review.I have been using a flat mop for years. And instead of disposable pads, I've bought a lot of permanent, washable microfiber pads. They worked, but wouldn't always hold properly, and they'd get so dirty, I'd go through multiple pads every time I mopped. And then you'd have to wash them, and they don't always hold their shape well in the dryer. And having to bring everything from floor to floor, and with multiple people cleaning on chore day, I felt I needed a second mop and bucket.Well, I now own 3 of these. One for each floor of the house. It couldn't possibly be more convenient.Remember all those pads I bought for my previous mop? They fit this just fine, not that I really need them anymore. This comes with 4 microfiber mop pads and really does clean the mop pad while you're using it. Now, this version does NOT have 3 compartments (clean water, dirty water, and dry). It only has the water and dry compartments. But really - that's all I need.I also appreciate that it doesn't have any unnecessary parts - like a plug on the bottom for "easy pour" (imagine what happens if your kid's mopping and loses that plug?) or having to lock and unlock the handle to spin it out. This actually cleans the mop, probably better than a spin mop would (not that I've used one), and there's nothing difficult about pouring out the water. So this has all that covered, again without the extra breakable or losable parts.Let me tell you all the benefits of this over my old flat mop.1. It comes with the bucket.2. It washes the mop pad while you're cleaning.3. No more waiting for the floor to dry. When you mop over it after running the mop through the dry side a few times, the floor dries in no time at all.4. The height of the mop stick. I am really impressed with how long the handle is5. cleaning walls and ceilings - this is not something I could do with my previous flat mop.6. the rubber grip handle. There's even a plastic ring on the handle in case you want to hang it on your wall, presumably, but I would just store it in the bucket itself.7. the sturdy metal handle is actually not super thin and not going to bend and break easily8. The head locks in place, so the handle isn't flopping around.9. The small bucket is just big enough - it's not bulky, or overly heavy for no reason.10. There are two handles - one for carrying the bucket and one for removing the cover and cleaning the bucket out and both stay clean and dry while mopping.11. The rectangle shape of the bucket makes it super easy to store out of the wayI'm in love with my new mop. There's nothing else to say about it.

I would love to give this five stars because I love the way the mop itself is designed. But, the bucket doesn’t actually separate the dirty and clean water. Since the top is at an angle, the dirty water just flows back into the clean spot and that’s the only container that fills in addition to that if you don’t fill the mop bucket up completely it’s only going to wash off up to where the water line is. The mop it itself is great. It’s easy to remove the pad and just throw it in the washer. Super good for cleaning wood, tile, baseboards, walls, and getting in tight corners. Great for use indoors and outdoors.

This product is not a Joymoop brand mop, and it comes with 2 pads not 4. Recommend you avoid.

Best mop we've ever had, quality and function. Great size not big and bulky but more than enough and floors died quicker.

Cleaning the floor with it is quick and easy. I like this set because of its size and shape, which make it simple to store. It also includes extra microfibre pads, so it's possible to use one while the other is being washed.
